I really love coming here for the gel no chip manicure, it’s starts at $20 and I’ve had it last up to 4-6 weeks obviously your new growth will show but on my nail tips there were no signs of chipping. She’s always very busy and she has coupons every so often in the valpak. She is definitely worth the wait….ooooo her powder dip is nice too! Starting at $35. She’s usually there midday…she has some funky hours but I usually like to call to confirm she’ll be there or if she can take you. Thankfully she’s right up the street for me. That’s the only downside but I mean no chip gel manis start at $35 so hey if you can time your visit right it’s ok. I got this 7/26/19 so I’m coming up on my 2 weeks, I already do my own cuticles and she cleans them up.

I decided to revisit this place. Bad idea ..the first time was 7 mths ago. They did a great job. This time the lady was not friendly at all. She did a TERRIBLE job on my mani & pedi. I will not be returning. I feel cheated.

I would love to say that I get good service when I visit this establishment. However the service I received there is inconsistent. On some days, they open at noon and several times I have been waiting in their parking lots for them to open. The owner seems to run the establishment with her daughter and if the daughter is not there there is one person working on several clients. What drives me to go are the coupons and the decent prices. However I have been there in excess of two to three hours for a simple manicure and pedicure. Customer service is mediocre-at-best but again the prices are decent.

The place is a good price they do a great job on the no chip and the pedicure. The downside is I come at business hours and she isn’t on time. I end up waiting for awhile. I call and she says she will be late she had something to do. I have waited in excess of 3 hours to get a pedicure. I have waited an hour to get an eyebrow wax. The last 2 times I received an eyebrow wax she waxed the side of my hair so I have a bald spot. I am currently waiting in the parking lot at 4:19 on a Saturday and she is not open and not answering her phone. It is so frustrating it can be a whole event getting in and out of here in a timely manner. I like coming because of the prices. I am going to tell her that she waxed my hair on the side of my hair line. I will see what happens.

Just catching up on writing reviews on my favorite places and seems like it is very timely for Angel Nails and Waxing. I have been here twice now….I don’t live in the area so only stop in when I am nearby, last time 2 weeks ago, and have been very happy. The owner is delightful and spends a lot of time with you to be sure you are happy. In fact, she gives the best foot and leg massage that I have ever had at a nail shop. Not sure what “normal” prices are in this area but in other areas of “Chicagoland” it can be considerably more expensive so the price is great for me. It is a small shop so if it is busy you might have to wait a bit, but it’s well worth it.

Great place for the Women or Men. Lol. Good Service & definitely worth the wait for what she charges. 25 bucks for a pedicure. Go to Nicole Richard’s its 45 plus the tip you looking at 60. Yeah you can have a glass of wine but this place does it just as good if not better. Thanks Von……

I’ve ALWAYS had an excellent experience at Angel Nails & Waxing…I have almost taken advantage all of the services and have been very happy with them, especially the prices. When my family comes to visit from out of town, they cant wait to go there and see the friendly owner. I agree with Mr. Smith, If the service has been bad one time, I might give them a second chance, but not six…That must be a Type-O…Speaking of which, I should be heading there the next day or two, and look very forward to it too!!! 🙂
