This place does not know how to do the most simple nails. They don’t cut cuticles, which makes the edge of nail very uneven and unprofessional looking. While they do nails, they don’t clean the table after scrubbing, all nail residuals are left on the table where they don’t even leave a towel underneath after he basic clean up. The strings, nails residuals, and all other stuff from the cotton balls got stuck into the nail color. The owner said don’t worry about it and they Can’t even see what’s on the nails. DON’T GO!!!!

This place is absolutely terrible. My first time being there was a rush , I had a very important event to go to and I live nearby so it seemed like the right choice. My nail broke 4 days later. I couldn’t come back immediately because I work and when I get off they’re closed. I come back a exactly a week later to get my nail fixed and the lady looks upset to see me. I can see it in her face she looks physical mad. I asked to get my nail fix she tells me and hour so I wait . She fixes my nail so fast she doesn’t even care to choose right color . One of my nails Id darker then the rest . Then once I’m done I ask how much she tells me $3 and that I can’t use my card. But when I pull my card out originally all she saids is “NO”. No explanation until I have ask why because I paid card originally. So I have to go pull out cash. I didn’t fus or act with the same disrespectful tone she gave me I just let it go and got her money . Although I could have fought with her because the nail she broke snapped in half. I have not once had that happen to me at any other place. I was gonna let it be but I highly do not recommend this place . Literally go anyplace else.

Came here a few months ago but I do not forget to leave a review. The staff had a attitude problem, when i tried to go in to fix a broken nail they they said NO, we don’t have time. when it was 2 and a half hours before closing time, like what? And they had some employees on their phone doing nothing. And she had the nastiest look on her face, honey lol if you run a business you should be more welcoming to the customers, but no you don’t, i can see why this place has had a lot of negative reviews recently because it’s true. This shop is very rude. Please avoid coming here , there is a different nail shop in the same plaza who actually makes you feel welcome and has great service. Go there instead.

Great spa chair. Quick service on a Friday afternoon. While I didn’t really like the gel color I picked on my nails, because they aren’t very long, it was applied nicely and the color matches the example exactly. The pedicure was wonderful.
