Visited this place this afternoon because my usual waxing place is closed until November. I have previously tried other places in town but none have been up to my expectations. Everyone recommended this place for waxing services. I was attended a few mins after sitting in the waiting area. Brought to the back to the waxing room. My brow girl typically waxes above, below and in the center of my brows. She then cleans up any strays with tweezers. Here, everything is done by waxing. Not once did I feel any tweezing. When I was done I wasn’t even shown the final results. On my drive home I realized my brows STUNG. I look in the mirror and I’m super irritated with a cut beneath my right brow. Now, not only did she not show me the final result, she also did not clean me up with anything afterwards. I still had dried wax on me when I got home. I would not recommend this place to anyone not even for nails because according to those reviews, that service isn’t that great here either.

I’ve been to many nail salons in Kerrville and I’m just in love with my girl Amy. She’s an incredible nail tech but not only does she do amazing nail but she does thee most beautiful eyelash extensions and gorgeous eyebrow waxing. I can’t say enough about her and the salon in general everyone is so kind welcomes you. With a smile and warm hellos. To top it off, they prices are the best in town. Go check Amy out. She’s worth every penny to make you feel beautiful!!

Second my friend wanted tips and they guy argued with her that she never said that and just painted her nails and told her to ask for it next time. The very next day my nails were already cracked and just all around looked horrible. I dropped in on a very stressful day for what I had hoped would be a treat and a relaxing pedicure. The man who did my toes was very rough and cut my skin in several places. It was anything but relaxing. I will go somewhere else next time .

Went in for a pedicure and the guy did an awful job rushed threw the massage and the painting he seen the paint was smudged after I pointed it out to him and he didn’t even offer to fix it. The water kept turning cold at the beginning. The topcoat isn’t included in any of the pedicure bundles I’m guessing it’s extra bc they don’t do it. My friend got acrylic nails and the lady couldn’t get the shape right so they looked lopsided ,First and last time.
