I’ve been going here for close to a year now. I’ve had my nails done by Michelle, her husband, Jon and Lee. Michelle does great but the quality has gone downhill. I got my nails done by Jon with this set in the photo it hasn’t even been 2 weeks and I have 3 nails left. When I’ve had this problem in the past I come in and voice my concerns so that I don’t have to find a new salon because the staff is great but this is the 3rd or 4th time my nails haven’t lasted and for what I pay I expect them to at least last 2 weeks. Lee does waxing and she is usually pretty good. If you can book appointment I recommend Michelle but lately they seem worried about just getting people in and out as quickly as possible.

Michelle took excellent care of my nails and customized them according to my preference – from a Pinterest pic! Lisa did an amazing job on my feet- they are so rough and she had them baby smooth. First and Last time I will go,it was a birthday gift from a very good friend and we were rushed through like a herd of cattle,if you tip in cash and mark 0 on your receipt, they actually ask the person who did your service if they were tipped and in their language as if you don’t know what’s being said, rarely do I go to a salon but when I have, for a deluxe Pedi and a Mani it takes at least two to two and a half hours and this was done in one hour, no proper massage and cuticles barely done. I feel bad for my friend who spent the time and the money for this birthday gift I think your services embarrassed her thinking it would be a great afternoon and experience but unfortunately I don’t think they give a Damm about that, I know I would never go back and I doubt she will either

Great customer service; horrible quality. I went in, on Friday, July 5, 2019, for a simple manicure. The gentleman working on me insisted I get gel polish and stated it would last 2 weeks and required no drying time. He gave me $5off, so I tried it. Sunday, July 7, 2019, polish was chipped and half gone on both index fingers. Monday, July 8, 2019, I went back to have my nails redone. The same gentleman repaired both index nails and said the rest were fine. When I got home I had ridges in the polish, ( I guess from getting my keys out of my purse). This morning, Tuesday, July 9, 2019, the nail on one of the index fingers broke, and on the other fingers, the polish is lifting. 3 days…my 5 year old granddaughter could have done better.
