Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueIt was a last minute idea to get pedicures for myself, friend and daughter. They were able to get us right in on a Saturday afternoon. They were all very professional and courteous. Very clean and they sanitized the chairs and tubs while our toenails were drying. Critical: ProfessionalismI honestly don’t even want to give this business 1 star. I wanted gel nail, she started on my nails and cut them super short. After seeing that they were so so short I asked her if it was too late to switch to acrylics because they were too short (looks as short as like they were chewed) she told me it was too late to switch and continued on (I should have put my foot down paying for services and told them no I wanted acrylics) she finishes my nails and I’m obviously not happy with them AT ALL. They gel nails were $25, my friend right next to me paid $25 for the same service, I paid $25 & when I come home I get a notification on my card that now it’s been run for $30. I’m super frustrated that my nails are uglyy being way short, but now their taking more money from me?! I will NEVER be back or recommend people to go here. I honestly don’t even want to give this business 1 star. I wanted gel nail, she started on my nails and cut them super short.
