AMAZING experience! My wife and I were taking a stroll in downtown Crystal Lake and stumbled upon this salon. My wife had never had a pedicure before, so I figured, what the heck, let’s go get your nails done! This salon accepted our walk-in with incredible customer service. The owners were extremely nice and the establishment was very clean. When we were done with our nails, I asked if I could get my eyebrows waxed and the lady was able to fit me in for that as well! Wow! She also fixed the shape of my eyebrows. I’m super happy with our experience and we will definitely be coming here again. ♥️♥️♥️ Thank you Angel Nail Spa!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI scheduled an appointment for my friend this past Friday and it was by far the worst experience she’s had and I’ve heard of. The appointment was for a dip manicure and the cost is $45 on the website. She got charged an extra $10 for the removal of her existing dip manicure. Nowhere on the website does it say that would be an additional fee. I’ve never been charged for this and I’ve been receiving dip manicures for over a year now. Salon is understaffed, long wait times while having an appointment and no communication for additional fees are mentioned until AFTER work is completed. I scheduled an appointment for my friend this past Friday and it was by far the worst experience she’s had and I’ve heard of. The appointment was for a dip manicure and the cost is $45 on the website. She got charged an extra $10 for the removal of her existing dip manicure. I paid for a Deluxe pedicure and he did not use the foot file. My nails were cut on a weird slant with sharp corners. I came home and filed my own feet and trimmed my nails. Basically pointless so I won’t recommend or return. Pedicure

I’ve come to Angel Nails for number of years, eventually moving downtown in later years. While visiting home, if I need to get my nails done I will usually stop by Angel Nails.
