Got a full set and all my cuticles are cut and multiple bled. She didn’t apologize while doing my nails and it’s been two days later and they still feel irritated. Called the salon to try to get a partial refund but they refuse to do anything. Shouldn’t be in pain days after service. Nails done by Nicky

I was enjoying the service for a long time. But now all of that has changed to bad experiences. Until September I was getting very good service. My manicure would last me for over a month and I got from 5% to 20% discount on all services used per visit. In September that changed to $25 off a pedicure and free gel polish. I don’t get pedicures. In October,10/22/22 a new person did my nails on a Wednesday and half the acrylic can off on Sunday, so I called and went back to the same person to get the nail done at no charge. A week and a half later another nail can off, so I had to get my nails done on 11/15/22, and on 11/21/22 the whole acrylic thumb nail can off. The person that did my nails wanted to charge me $100, so I asked her why, because and I told her the most I ever paid for my nails because I kinda get the same style all the time. So she brought the price down to $85. Now, my Thanksgiving will be spent with a lost nail. I don’t understand why this is happening to a senior person.

Came on weekend with a friend. Service was pretty quick in and out. Got up charged for using a card. The woman who painted my nails I thought did good until it chipped almost 2 days in. I came to get it fixed and was told to come back in 2 days because she wasn’t there. An inconvenience with 10+ workers in the store for a simple fix.

TRASH and OVERPRICED!!!!!!!!! Don’t waste your money. Place is nice but the service SUCKS. My gel pedicure was fine but my nails (SNS) are not the color of my toes. Nicky was so busy on her phone that she didn’t care that the color she picked was nothing like my toes. I told her early on that it didn’t look the same to me, she shrugged it off. I absolutely hate my nails. She forgot to gloss my left thumb and acted as if it was my fault. Had an attitude that she had to fix it. My husband asked for clear but received shimmering glitter. Had to remove all of the time he wasted there. Charged $143 and claimed to remove his nail charges. Nothing special happening here for these prices. We ended up going to another salon after for his nails to be done correctly.

First and foremost, the prices here at this salon are ridiculous. So much money for average service. Secondly, I received fungus from this salon. I did not realize the fungi until the acrylic fell off on its own. I recently just got a fill in too. So the application wasn’t good for the fill in. I told my mother and sister to take their gel off of their feet to see if they have fungi. My sister also has fungi on one of her toes. I do not recommend this place. The prices are ridiculous, the service is average, they can have better attitudes. And they need to clean their utensils better so that way people won’t get fungi. I am highly disappointed. Don’t let the complimentary wine get to your head loves.

So this is the nail salon I used to go to go to when I lived in Newark. Since I moved 30 minutes away I haven’t been back in a while. Decided to travel there today and let me tell you. I waited for about 15-20 minutes to get in the chair for French acrylics. The lady discreetly almost sneaking and wrote down 95$. I said What!!? For a French full set ??? She then said yeah if you want it long I said No I want them medium closer to short because I work. She then wrote down 80$ she never opened her mouth to say a number she wrote down everything like she’s a calculator. I felt as though that was weird. However I still wanted my nails done so I let her start filing my nails down. But I couldn’t stop thinking about how she’s charging me 80$ for something so basic. I decided to ask the manager Mike how much they charge for a French set he said 60$!!!!!!!!!! WOW. how dare she try to OVERCHARGE ME. She did it so discreetly by writing it down. She definitely knew she was trying to get over on me. She needs to be FIRED. I think her name is Helen or something since it wasn’t my first time there. I think she forgot my face and thought I was some foreigner and wouldn’t realize. I’m highly disappointed but PROUD I WALKED OUT. A staff with a lack of communication and thieving intentions is a staff that will NEVER get my business back. Would not recommend. Don’t worry I got everything I wanted done somewhere else For 50$ That came with a back Massage. No more bad business 2022!!!!!!!!!

I’ve been coming here every since they’ve opened. Great location don’t have to worry about parking there’s plenty. They serve complimentary drinks (sangria, water, coffee, tea) which I like!
