Wow!! I finally found my permanent nail salon! Not only is it clean and located where u can enjoy a view of the pond..I was able to walk in without an appointment and have my nails done perfectly by Judy… Already made a follow up appointment!! Look no further.. This is place!!

Would not recommend. My first time attending unfortunately, I experienced poor treatment. The nail tech was rude with her words and how she removed my nails. I felt pain during and my nails are sore to the touch. When I communicated my concerns I was meant with aggressive words. Again would not recommend.

Judy and her staff are so sweet and accommodating. Never had to wait more than 5 mins. and when I was late and pressed for time they offered to do my mani/ pedi at the same time. The salon is always kept very clean and they always do a great job on my nails.

I love this place. The women who work there are very nice and professional. There is never a long wait and my nails always come out great. My mom even goes here, she’s a swimmer and her gells last more than three weeks. The prices are pretty average for a nail salon, but the service is stellar.

I was very disappointed in my service and actually needed to leave before all of my scheduled services were complete because they had me sitting with feet in the water for so long. My mom came down from Maine and had booked 2 mani pedis and a wax. Even though we were assured when we arrived we had plenty of time for manicures and pedicures, etc. it took over an hour for me to receive a very rushed and painful pedicure. I felt like an inanimate object because every time she hurt me badly enough for me to pull she never, not one time acknowledged in any way that she caused me any discomfort. My mom had her entire pedicure and gel manicure completed in the amount of time it took for my painful rushed pedicure. Funny, the other people around all noticed the pain she was putting me through. After over an hour long pedicure she tried then to rush me over to hurry up and do my manicure. I had a medical procedure that I needed to be at so I refused and she seemed pretty upset. I had been a returning customer for over 20 years because I typically have always had a good experience and this experience was less than satisfactory.

I am being Generous with the 3 stars … This used to be my “go-to” place in Melrose, then Cathy raised prices $2-3 for Each salon service, and has not Been a Helpful proprieter. On April 11th or 12th, I got a Manicure and shellac Overlay for 2nd time, and it began to Chip almost immediately.
