i have gone here twice now and i think it’s save to say i will not be back. both times i got the same lady who sits at the second row of tables on the left side. the first time i asked for a french manicure. she literally just painted half of my nail white. it looks very sloppily done. this week i asked for a full set coffin shape. my nails have no arch to them they are completely flat and the acrylic is very thin. this is the first set of nails i feel like i have to be careful because they might break. they also used tips that are too big for me so they just look weird. i paid $50 for the pink set because it was an additional charge since i wanted them coffin shaped. overall i think i’m just going to stick with Lotus nails in hummelstown. they do MUCH better work and have better prices that are fair for the quality work they provide.

Been coming here 3 years, i have spent thousands of dollars and ALWAYS leave a tip.. today I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time which I had no problem with. When it was time to paint my nails the guy told me he didn’t have time to paint the tips that I wanted and continued to just paint my nails a solid color. I expressed myself to the owner that I was upset and she told me that they didn’t have time because they had to fix 3 broken nails. I am so upset with my service it literally ruined my whole day off of work, why pay for a service if its not what you want. She gave me 10 dollars off which I still paid 50 dollars. I used to love this place but it seems like they don’t appreciate their regular customers so I may have to find a new salon. Meanwhile they were discussing toenail designs with 3 other clients that just walked in. Very upsetting

Always clean and friendly service. I have always made an appointment and have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. They offer lots of choices for acrylic nails too just have never done that service there, appears popular amongst other customers

I have been a loyal customer for 2 yrs. I always have an appointment. Not to mention that I drop $100 a visit every 2 wks. Lately, they seem to care more about their walk-in’s satisfaction rather than a customer that is regular. I feel like my business is not appreciated. Today was one of those days, all around dissatisfied. My nail tech, although sweet, just didn’t cut it. When you walk out and have to go home and remove excess polish & acrylic from some fingers and notice that some fingers are missing polish on the sides, just doesn’t seem to be worth the money, not to mention that a square cuticle needs polish squared around cuticle area, not rounded. I gave 2 stars ONLY because the nail tech was sweet and I believe really tried to get it right. Looking elsewhere!
