This place is HORRIBLE. I decided to get acrylic nails for the first time ever and after a week I decided it wasn’t for me. They charged me 10$ to “remove” the nails. Instead of soaking them like I asked, they ripped each nail off one by one. Two weeks later and my nails are still in so much pain with the thin layer of nail I have left.

Called to get an appointment was told they aren’t taking appointments only walk ins. I walked in and waited 30 minutes before I was seated in a pedi chair. I asked how long it would be before I was seen as I could tell it was busy and was told 5 min. I walked out after 1 hour of waiting seeing 2 others walk in after me being serviced. It’s a shame as I’m a local business owner and would have referred many clients to them but now they will be hearing the opposite. I will take myself and direct others elsewhere. Waste of time and poor communication.

They do super sloppy work and my nails have constantly falling off although every other time I’ve had a acrylics I’ve never had this problem. Super dissatisfied and was over priced. Got gel polish all over my cuticles and never cleaned up! Plus they didn’t even get polish over my entire nail! Gel manicures, Acrylic nails
