An older gentleman have my daughter a manicure and used the grinder so much that she bled and cried for him to stop. He said he was sorry and that he was tired then literally threw cash at her and told her to come back tomorrow. I went with her to get an apology and the money put back on her card. Not impressed. I’ve tried going to this place multiple times and everytime I’m disappointed . Everytime I go my cuticles always end up being cut and the acrylics fall off within a couple of days. The last time I went one of the nails fell off within 12 hours (I wasn’t rough with them either)

Last night I went and got my nails done. Fill and shellac. They were starting to pick up in customers and instead of taking their time, he literally rushed to get mine done, threw on two coats and then the top coat. This morning I woke up and they bubbled up and when I went to work, I scraped my nail on a box and it literally came off. I’m very disappointed in this service that I won’t be going back any time soon.

I went here because the location in my home does a wonderful job, so i had high hopes. The man that did my nails was rude and hard to communicate with. Full set on my bare nails. I never picked up my phone the whole time, I was paying attention. Three of my nails are completely crooked. They all tilt way up, more than I have had. He didn’t cut my natural nail back enough so when you look at my nail from the inside you see two and there is a crevice when dirt and junk can build up, gross. He did three coats of polish on my left and then two coats of polish with a clear coat on my right. When I pointed this out he laughed at me and said he would miss the clear coat. But then I feel like he knew he missed it because he felt them and got the clear back out and put another coat on BOTH hands. He cleaned/filed the underside of one hand of my nails and not the other. It was a mess… never again.
