MANAGER IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND DISRESPECTFUL, HE YELLED AT ME!‼️Terrible service and very unprofessional. My daughter went for service for dip, tips, and design. She showed her technician the design, but was under the impression the nails would cost around $45-55 (which is what she has paid once before at this same establishment). Unfortunately, they made her pay $80 (meaning $20 only for design, and $5 for the shape, seriously? You charge extra for “filing the nail”?) When I went the next day to ask for the details on what they charged my daughter, they recognized they had overcharged her $15, and offered to give $10 back, but they would remove the design off my daughters nails (a design that she had paid for even with the $10 off). The manager was very rude and unprofessional raised his voice at me and said it my daughter’s responsibility because she accepted to pay the total she was told AFTER the nails were done. If you go to this place, make sure to ask for price in advance. The technician was very rude and said my daughter should have been accompanied by me. So pretty much, they took advantage that she was by herself and overcharge her.

My last visit at angel nails was terrible. There were bugs all in the work station, crawling on my hands. Manager continuously told me to stop moving my hands meanwhile bugs were all on me. They did nothing to help the situation. During checkout it was also brought to attention. Manager blamed it on poor young lady who works front desk for having the door open , He also continued to say “ I wasn’t going to die, and no one was going to believe me” absolutely disgusted

I would’ve given them ZERO STARS if I could’ve! They are total thieves (based on prices charged and quality of service): I never had a 15min. manicure before! The female manicurist was nasty and used inferior manicure products (cremes, polish) and even then doled them out skimpily! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Manicure

I came in here immediately after having a horrible experience at another salon and they took me in right away to fix the nails I received at the the salon I was at previously. They totally understood my frustrations and fixed my nails up so nicely and made them look so much better. I wish I knew the kind woman’s name who fixed my nails. She did a wonderful job.

I have only been to this location twice and both times the nail technician’s exceeded my expectations. My only concern is that they charge you .69 cents to leave a tip! I don’t think that it’s fair to the consumer or the nail technician that they are passing on the credit card transaction fees to the client!
