When soaking off the dip, the tech drilled over my cuticle taking off skin. It was turned up extremely high, she was moving fast, and looking more at who was coming through the door than at my hand. She apologized then sent me to another tech to finish. After I left she asked my sister in law (she was getting serviced too) was I mad at her and that she was scared. I took offense to the “scared part” because when it happened I simply accepted the apology and moved on to the other tech so why were you scared? I definitely won’t return. That was my first time going there and most definitely my last.

They have the nicest people working in there and were fast yet still took their time. I have never loved my nails more than i do now. I will definitely be going back!

The people seated me and they took forever to finally get to me. They were very reluctant to do the nail job I wanted. It was a simple stiletto style. Once they started the guy was unfriendly. As he did my nails, he never once checked the length to make sure they were all even, and they ended up not being done how I wanted. I ended up going home to fix them myself. It was my first time there, and overall was a bad experience. I do not recommend this place.

I LOVE Angel Nails and Spa! The owners are so very sweet and they always do an amazing job on my nails! And they always ask me if I am happy with the results or the color. With me being a super picky person with my nails, they work very hard to give me exactly what I want! I recommend this place, hands down!

Absolutely horrible service!!! The lady was very rude, changed prices once it was time to pay. Didn’t fix my nail, when SHE MESSED it UP. instead had another person to just add more polish over the nail. If I could give them a negative – five star review I would most definitely do so. Take your business some place else, unless wasting money is your goal!
