Critical: ProfessionalismMe and my husband have been going to angel nails for about a year now . Not to long ago my husband has a situation with the owner angel and he decided not to go anymore , she was unprofessional towards him . I at that point loved going to her so I continued, until today . Every time I go I always asked for angel herself , I just loved the way she did my nails and my designs . Today was the first time I asked for a design that I didn’t like so I asked her to please remove it . She did and then caught an attitude with me . I asked politely why she seemed upset , she said because I always ask her to do these designs and I don’t like them , which is not true !! Today was the only day I didn’t like it . The way she reacted was unprofessional and upsetting to me , she was slamming nail polish bottle!! I have referred so many people to her and have been a loyal customer . She even had the nerve to say to me that another employee won’t do my nails , which is a complete lie because I won’t go to anyone but her !! I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE ! And I will be telling my friends that do go here this story .. Me and my husband have been going to angel nails for about a year now . Not to long ago my husband has a situation with the owner angel and he decided not to go anymore , she was unprofessional towards him . I at that point loved going to her so I continued, until today . Every time I go I always asked for angel herself , I just loved the way she did my nails and my designs . Critical: Quality, ValueI was a walk-in today and asked for a spa pedicure. They got me in Fairly quick. The gentleman who did my pedicure was nice. But the quality of the pedicure was terrible. He rushed through so fast, I still see roughness around my toes, he missed most of my toe nails when painting them… and left polish on my toes.. I was a walk-in today and asked for a spa pedicure. They got me in Fairly quick. The gentleman who did my pedicure was nice. But the quality of the pedicure was terrible. He rushed through so fast, I still see roughness around my toes, he missed most of my toe nails when painting them… and left polish on my toes.. I paid $40 with tip, I went here for the 5 star review.. But after only 1 visit I will never go back again.

Horrible! I got a full set with gel and gel on my toes. My dad came with me and got a regular mani pedi. We paid $172 plus tip. They were rude. They didn’t want to help me pick the color I wanted. It wasn’t the shape I wanted. It was a horrible experience. I will never return. They speak down to you and I was uncomfortable the whole time. Never again.

Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismCalled 10 minutes before I showed up and was taken right away! Got a gel manicure by Patrick and it was quick yet great quality. I needed a very light natural color for work and he helped pick out the perfect color! This will be my new salon.Services: Gel manicures, Manicure
