Booked an appointment and when I arrived there was only one mail tech already working on someone else. And another lady with no one helping her. We were 6 minutes late due to the detour, they were very unprofessional, told us to schedule another day or wait 15-20 minutes. The nail tech JACK said that the nail tech who was supposed to do our nails went home for their kid.. even though she had an appointment scheduled for a time she left the shop..

Not gonna lie… Kinda sad. Used to come here all the time before the pandemic. Had a younger gentleman do my nails and he was amazing. Not sure what happened to him, but the older gentleman that did my nails the last few times did a horrible job.The shape of my nails was trash and the acrylic was way too thick. He was also extremely unfriendly. After my 2nd fill I ended up with a fungal infection on 2 of my nails. I will definitely be going somewhere else from now on.

I went there a while ago and forgot to write a review. My friend and I went there, She got a full set and I got a fill. My nails were crooked and painful. I got mine done by an older gentleman. My friend and I had that man cut my finger with his nails and he would purposely hurt us with his nails(by stabbing his nails into our fingers if they weren’t in the right position). My friend had a worse time she left with literal indents from his nails and one was so deep that blood showed to the surface. I was scared of going back to ask for them to remove my nails because they were already giving me a hard time. I came back less than an hour later to ask them to soak off my acrylics because they were so painful and crooked. The lady (owner) fought with me and told me that I basically needed to deal with it and they weren’t crooked when they definitely were. They refused to soak them off and by the end of the day I was in tears.

I have been to Angel Nails a few times because it is close to my work. I’m never completely satisfied with their work, but they are fast, so I have gone there when I’m in a hurry. I will never go there again after the experience I had today.

Went in 2 hours before closing a week ago. Jenn had done my nails, while she was doing them i noticed she didn’t put a lot of glue on the plastic nail before applying the actual hardening gel. Noticing that made me be extra careful with my nails. Within 2 days 4 nails broke off. I went in a day later and they fixed them but for a $7 fee when the other lady sitting next to me had the same problem and they insisted she not pay! Now yet again I have 4 nails broken. I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE AND DO NOT RECOMMEND.
