Critical: QualityI loved my set , the design and shape was what i expected , however the top form was uneven more then i thought after i left shop. I could feel the dips when i slide my finger to feel the nail. Also, my Nails started to lift well before I hit two weeks. i also realized the set was a little more on my nail then closer tomy cuticle as if i had the set a little while already. I should have walked out as soon as I walked in. I was surprised with a mani/pedi as a gift so I didn’t want to be rude. However, the tech that did my manicure was visibly sick- runny nose that she would go to the sink every 5 minutes to wipe up/blow (she was not washing her hands after). They were very pushy for gel polish and I had to decline it 6 times. My nails look decent from far, but up close there are obvious mistakes on every nail. Then when it came time to pay they wanted cash only and I informed them I only had card so I had to pay via Venmo. I am now sick and unable to work. Update: I am now testing positive for covid and my gel manicure has peeled off in some spots.

this place is horrible. i asked for the picture on the left and got the picture that is on the right. i asked for the same length and shape just no design. they have horrible service they’re they are very rude. my nail lifted and popped off the same day i got them. they also said i had an ingrown toenail and ripped out half of my nail. it’s now infected and i have to pay for the hospital bill. they didn’t want to give me a full refund. i don’t recommend this place at all.

I had a horrible experience. One lady was extremely aggressive. I got a manicure and pedicure. One lady began doing my pedicure after handing me the color book to look at. The 2nd lady comes up and just grabs my hand and starts filing I had not picked a color and was still trying to flip through a book. I quickly pick a color and after her filing and shaping I ask if we can do the manicure at the table later. I said it was too much for me. She then turns off my massage chair, tells me 2 mins and continues. At this point she’s balancing a nail lamp on my lap and pulling my hands. It was an awful experience. It’s 104 outside and she’s got a lamp sitting on my lap and then after finishing my nails gives a 2 minute massage with barely any lotion. She was just pulling on my skin and it still hurts to bend my middle finger 30mins later. They charged me $77 dollars. I expected a relaxing experience. I was also the only person in there. There was no need to bombard me and rush everything. I will never go back to this place.

Today I had a 2:00 appointment and I left after waiting nearly 30 min. She didn’t check back with me. I just spent 130 with her two days ago, and my hand massage was left out. Not to mention she did not push the acrylic all the way down to my cuticles on every nail so it looks like a need a fill on some nails after 2 days! Today I had a 2:00 appointment and I left after waiting nearly 30 min. She didn’t check back with me. I just spent 130 with her two days ago, and my hand massage was left out. I would like to give a shout out to Angel Nails, it’s nice to come in here and the staff remember you and say Hello upon your arrival. I have a favorite nail tech Sandy she always takes good care of me, and my hands and feet always look beautiful when I leave. The lady owner is very kind she always does my lip waxing and is very kind.
