I went for a basic pedicure, not only did it take 2.5 hours, but the woman kept filing way to short so nails are now sore. But she also painted like a child. Sadly they spent 30 mins painting and another 15 “cleaning up” with the brush and polish remover for this result. Will not be back Pedicure

Would not recommend the older gentleman. Trimmed my nails crooked and polish was not the best work. Highly recommend the young lady. She did my friend’s pedi and it turned out amazing. Nails were trimmed even and the polish was spectacular. Practically perfect. She didn’t rush and seasoned tech. I’m a state board certified tech. Once in awhile I like to go out with friends and get a pedicure. Ask for the young lady. You’ll be a returning customer.

He was rough on me, it was a painful experience instead of a pleasurable and wonderful experience like it should have been! I noticed how the wolen were paying attention to details on others feet, like calluses, using the callus remover paddles and he didn’t even ask me if I wanted that done, didn’t ask me anything, as I had heard the other’s would ask the other customers something, I couldn’t hear what … But he was not gentle on me at all! I only enjoyed it, because I was spending time with a friend who treated me to the special treat! I just wish it had been a pleasurable experience …

The nails in the pic are 2 weeks old and they are super sturdy still. NO cracks, it’s not lifting from any edges or anything. I really liked this Salon for THAT reason their nails last a while you can push 3 weeks before a fill. The staff is nice and service is prompt. I live in tucson and was visiting SV, but I like the work so much I might drive back for a fill

Nails break off on day 2. When I went back to have them fixed, they sent me home saying they were busy and just said to come back another time, even though nobody else was waiting! I ended up going back twice, both times they refused to repair my nails even though it was the day after I had them done and I hadn’t done anything to merit them breaking off like that. Low quality and terrible customer service, with zero accountability or concern for your time. Do NOT waste your money here.

Lam did a wonderful job on my Dipped Nails. Paid close attention to detail. No issues there. Another gentlemen did a really nice pedicure but the polish left a little something to be desired. Will go back & request Lam. Thank you!
