Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueSo I wanted to get a quick full set on. I was unsure of them cause they had low ratings. I did basic white tips, they did use a older technique. Which was fine with me. They didn’t make unnecessary small talk, which can be hard with the language barrier. So I appreciated that. They were quick and my nails do look nice. He kept them short which is exactly what I wanted. I’m a nail biter and do not have a lot of nail bed to work with and in the past I’ve had so many technicians leave my nails too long at first. As my nails grow yes, they can do longer. He did ask before he snapped them off but I think he was aware with my short Nail beds they needed to be trimmed short or they’d never stay on. Is this the nicest salon I’ve been to? No, is it the worst? Absolutely not! I’ve had my nails done where I wanted to cry cause they drill and drill and leave dents. He didn’t do this at all. I was never in pain or Uncomfortable. You actually get good quality work for the price you pay. This full set was 30$ which is very cheap, they look good. PeopleAlways say you get what you pay for. Critical: Professionalismvery very mean/rude with customers! Made an appointment 1 week in advance for 2 pedicures and 2 sets of acrylic nails. The owners basically made us choose what we wanted either or not both. In the process of getting what we wanted they hurt both my mom and me. DO NOT GO THERE!!Service: Manicure

Terrible, went in for an appointment at 1:30, didn’t start my nails until 2, which was ok since i wasn’t in a huge hurry. however, i left with multiple cuts on my fingers as well as polish around my fingers, i got gel and since it’s on my skin i know it’ll peel off by tomorrow, my nails are all uneven, and i went in to ask her to fix it where she just filed against my skin doing nothing, i’m from out of town and will never be coming back to that salon when i’m in alamosa. do not recommend at all
