I went in today before I leave for Europe tomorrow and found out Angel nails had been bought out. From the minute you walk in you feel rushed. In all the years of getting pedicures and manicures I have have never coached a technician. Today when I left I sat in my car and filed my nails, jagged edges, nails different lengths, which I mentioned while in the salon. I bought a pedicure and a manicure and felt rushed the entire time. I never felt that sense of relaxation you should feel in a salon. I felt sorry for the technician that helped me, she just seemed rushed. She wanted to put on my sandals immediately after painting my toes. While she was finishing my pedicure I was looking for a new salon. It’s s shame that it has turned into a nail processing salon without the experienced staff. Too bad! But I found a new salon. The friendliness and the banter are gone as well. Bummer!! This was my place to get my feet done. Why do new Biz owners feel like they can just roll in, increase prices 30% and think they will keep the customer base they just bought? Foolish! A lot of the same girls still there but, as a loyal customer for years, I feel like it was a real slap in the face! Plenty of other salons around here……..

I have been going to Angel Nails for the past six years. I have Sarah do my pedicure and gel manicure, and she does a very good job. Today I went in to get my nails done and Sarah, told me that they have a new owner of the salon. The new owner has raised prices on pedicures and manicures. The new owner charges seven dollars more to get the calluses file down on the feet. Removal of calluses use to be part of the price of the pedicure. I will continue to get my gel manicure at Angel’s, but I will look for another salon for a pedicure.

Have been going to Angel Nails for years. Found it now has new owner. The guy who kept interrupting with just laying down a card with pricing and then shoving a clipboard in our faces wanting name and phone number was really annoying. Didnt even exain what any of it was. Prices have gone up and now also have to pay extra $7 for callus removal which used to be included. Noticed that girls are watching the clock as if they have a time limit. Atmosphere used to be relaxed and friendly, now seems stressed. Am now looking for new place. I will miss Kim and the girls.

so disappointed and such a horrible job!! BEWARE they do not post pricing for a reason!! Personally 28 dollars for a regular pedicure and an additional 20 for shellac left me dumbfounded knowing I can get a shellac pedi deluxe mind you for 40, this was close to home and thought we’d try it. Don’t get me wrong I am all about quality over quantity however, I do not, I repeat I DO NOT recommend this place at all the quality is very very poor not worth the 28 we spent. Sometimes convenience is not the way to go, hard lesson learned!
