Got dip and for $45 got a pretty bad job. My nails were not cleaned, cuticles weren’t trimmed, the nail shapes are uneven.

First off, she used the drill too much and I had to yank my hand away cuz it was hurting too bad. I have naturally paper thin nails so they do not need to be any thinner. The shape of my nails is not consistent, the length is not consistent, she missed pieces of my nail with the dipping powder so they will probably tear, and she only put two layers on my shiny nail. I wasn’t told to wash my hands before she started and that doesn’t seem Covid friendly. I will not be returning since this was a waste of my money.

I’ve had mostly great experiences here. Today Anna was awesome. I only get regular pedicures, but they almost always last nearly a month and my nails start to grow out before the color starts to chip. (I take my own Essie colors even though they have a lot of good options.) Would have given five stars but I have to admit that in the several years I’ve been going there once or twice I’ve had the grumpy treatment mentioned in other reviews and even been yelled at. But I’ll still keep going for the predominantly excellent skills of the technicians, their mostly kind demeanor and convenient location. It helps to go during a less busy time, like 10:00 a.m. on a weekday.
