i was supposed to stand my ground when i told the Lady who did my nails (sat by the counter) to soak my old dip nails completely off before she applied new color (Dip) on but she ignored my request and keep filing 2/3 way down only ,, i told her it could be bubbles which trapped air and water/moisture in there may cause Mold/fungus etc but she didn’t listen, ..Needless to say, my nightmare came true, after 10 days, i broke one of my nails coincidently and found out all of them got fungus, went to doctor and now i wont be able to wear ANYTHING on my nails for 10 to 12 months. Hope my lesson learned wont be yours!

I have been to them several times for pedicures. I’ve been very pleased with everyone there and the service. I called yesterday afternoon late because my barely 3 day old manicure (note not done by Angels) with the powder dipped nails and tips were popping off and I was hoping to get in with them for a redo before they closed, I was graciously accepted to come in and was able to get all the tips removed and my natural nails dipped with the powder! They turned out perfect! I’ll be going back here every time!!!

I took my mom and little sister to get their nails done and I will say that while I appreciate how they took us despite us not having an appointment, the service was not great. The lady that did my mom’s nails did a fantastic job. However, the male nail technician that did mine did not do a good job. While buffing my nails, the tech squeezed my pinky finger so hard that it was sore. When I asked him to be more gentle he proceeded to ask me why. I told him that he was hurting me and he replied,”No, I’m not.” I simply asked him to be more careful. He sighed and complained but complied. He dipped my nails and buffed out the final coat. While doing so, he cut my cuticle. He cut it so deep that it was bleeding quite a lot. When I asked him to clean it he looked at me, ignored me, and proceeded to clean it with ACETONE. He then brushed over said nail with his regular brushes and did not stop to clean my tools. When I went to pay, he asked me how I liked my nails. I told him that while I liked my nails, the service was poor and unsanitary and that I would not be going back. When the other nail tech asked him if he had cut me he said,”A little bit. Not even a lot.” I was very upset at this point and got angry. I told him that I was bleeding and he brushed acetone over it and that my cuticle was still bleeding. He ignored me and I paid and walked out. He proceeded to say,”She’s mean!” To the other customers as I was walking out. All of the workers there are very rude and I do not recommend going there.
