Michael was my tech I asked him to PUSH BACK my cuticles before he put my acrylics on. (I was charged for this ) he decided to file my cuticles without even pushing them back so naturally he cut me badly. He didn’t apologize then put the Wrong color on my nails a because he simply wouldn’t listen to what I wanted. When I told him wrong color he argued. I never got a discount but I’ll be in tomorrow to show him my cut finger. ridiculous

Asked for powder dip nails twice but, they still did acrylic. They didn’t compare the nail sizes when trimming them so, a couple are clipped really short and some long. They didn’t shape them at all or file down the ends so, the tips are super sharp. The gel color you can literally see my nails and the tips they added through it. I wanted to say something but, the guy wasn’t friendly at all. Just took my card and charged 50.00. I can not wait to get back to Jonesboro and have my usual place remove these and redo them correctly. I’ve used many places and this is by far the worst at doing nails and customer service.
