The first pic is what I asked for vs what I got. I would’ve been totally fine with it if she had just told me she had no idea how to do marble, but she looked at the pic and acted like she was completely confident in doing it. The colors are completely off as she told *me* to try and find the match, as if I’m the one using the colors all day every day. Not to mention $25 more than the place I usually go. Will NEVER return.

Went to get one nail fixed, lead tech greeted me with a smile which is what got them the one star, the tech sitting on the right of her did my nails, she looked at my other nails and seen they were coated with a matte finish polish (because she asked and I told her) instead she decided to top it off with shiny clear polish. Not only that in the photo I provided you can clearly tell the red DO NOT MATCH, although I wasn’t expecting it to be perfect she only attempted this one red color and didn’t care it didn’t match. Also did a very bad job scalping the nail it’s bold and bulky I hate it. Although I didn’t like the nail I was charge $5.10 and tipped $2 she stood over my shoulder while I signed the receipt and while handing it back she snatched it out my hand in spoke in her Chinese language. Like what did u want a million $ tip for not matching my nails. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE!

On 7/6 I came to this place to get a pedicure and couldn’t where I work at as a nail tech because of it being full. The lady that did my feet went over to the nail desk to grab a file to use on my toes. After repeadly asking her to get another one that is new, he co worker says that is new. The come in white. So apparently they think I’m stupid not knowing I know better and I’m a licensed nail tech. She then tried to continue as if she didn’t understand English then after I took my foot away she slammed down her stuff and went and got a new file. Sanitation there is horrible and they use used tools on you. Very disgusting and issuing used pedi slippers. She then slapped the polish on my toes not polishing the free fence of my toe nails. If sanitizing was good then I could have not wrote this but first thing first is practicing good sanitation. They don’t soak brushes in disinfectant I can go on and on.

The worse service I have ever gotten and they took out the total amount out of my bank 3 times and only refunded one. Not even a great job and the person who did them cut me on several occasions. So sad I use to love coming here…..

This is the only place I go. They are always gentle with my feet. I’ve had surgery on one of my feet, and it hurts at times. The employees here have always been wonderful with me.
