I absolutely love my nails. This was my first time getting my nails done and I loved it. The guy that did my nails made sure I was happy with my nails and even helped me pick the colors to make sure they didn’t blend together. They got me and my friend in immediately and we didn’t have an appointment. Wasn’t super happy with the length but that’s on me. Either way I left happy with how it turned out. Everyone was so sweet. I will definitely go back in the future.

Today was definitely not the first time I’ve been here but the first review I will do. I had called made an appointment for 12:40pm and got there early, they got me in before my appointment. The guy that did my nails was amazing and even didn’t judge for me wanting a Halloween design lol. In previous visits here my nails are always beautiful and they even allowed my 6 year old nephew to get a pedicure and soak his feet which he absolutely loved. We will definitely continue coming back here! Thank you all so much ❤️

I didn’t have an appointment and they got me in right away! They soaked my nails and cut my cuticles and a lot of salons around here don’t! I had an older lady do my nails and she kept asking if I was okay and if I liked them! She was great and I am sad I didn’t ask for her name I will be back! Gel manicures

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI should have walked out the moment I walked in but I gave them the benefit of the doubt…. Not only did I wait an hour and some while they helped others first who did not have an appointment but the man who finally got to me was on his phone the entire time. He cut me with the dremel and made me bleed. I let him know that I was bleeding, he continued and said nothing. Cut me again and did nothing. They had dogs and a bird in the back room, were using dirty tools on multiple clients and did not sanitize in between. The owner was yelling at the staff in front of everyone. When I asked to speak to someone about my nails and being cut multiple times the woman rolled her eyes and said “you’ll be ok”, then the owner came over. Looked at my nails and rudely said give her $5 off. Absolutely disgusting environment and even more disgusting professionalism. I went in and asked for one design and in the middle of her doing my nails I completely changed my mind and she did the new design, I also have really tense hands so it makes doing my nails a bit difficult but she made a joke about it instead of getting frustrated. Very happy with the results, service, and cost.

Gentlemen was rough on my nails and cuticles. Cut and burnt a few corners. Was to busy watching his cell phone to even realize he wasn’t doing a quality job. Not sanitary at all, no wipe downs between customers. Poor quality acrylics- I have been to this establishment many times and this time was not good service. They rush you and are demanding. Different price every time I go in… charged 65 and still wanted a tip . No sir not today!

Normally very satisfied, this is where I go whenever I get my nails done. Although I went in tonight to get my nails filled and the second I walked in the door at home one of my nails broke. I have been calling to see if they will fix it or if I have to pay to have it fixed and nobody answers the phone. So kind of a little irritated right now because I just paid $50 FOR A FILL to have a broken nail no more than an hour after having them done.

This place has gone downhill from when I started going there 5-6 years ago. I stopped in for a mani/pedi, they got me in right away as they weren’t busy, which was nice. My pedi was decent but she whipped through it in 20 minutes. No real menu to look at to select services… like is there a better more relaxing pedi than the express version I got? The lady who did my mani seemed annoyed she had to do my nails and used a course nail file so some of them are jagged on the ends which drives me nuts. The place needs a good deep cleaning as well. The staff all seem like they would rather be somewhere else. When I first started going here, everyone was really friendly, and the place was kept up much better.
