She stopped doing my manicure to do someone else’s eyebrows and made me pay before getting my nails done which is unusual because they usually pay after and no one else that came in payed before getting their stuff done. I got a manicure on May 27th and not long after the nail paint started chipping. She told me my nails were done drying when they were not because I rubbed one of my nails on something by accident and the nail polish came off. The whole experience I had was weird. She stopped doing my manicure to do someone else’s eyebrows and made me pay before getting my nails done which is unusual because they usually pay after and no one else that came in payed before getting their stuff done. I got a manicure on May 27th and not long after the nail paint started chipping. She told me my nails were done drying when they were not because I rubbed one of my nails on something by accident and the nail polish came off. Would not recommend going there because they either don’t know what they are doing or they are using cheap nail polish because even the ones I have at home don’t chip after a couple days.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been trying to find a good nail salon to go to, so I decided to try this one. I called in advance to see how much a full set of acrylics would be and the women that answered ignored my question and went straight to booking the appointment. Then finally she tells me for a regular nail polish acrylic set it’s $35 which sounded like a great deal, that was something I could afford and also leave a nice tip. So I show up for my appointment and I’m telling you NONE of my nails are the same shape or even coffin shape.. which she did not tell me costed more. These are the shortest misshaped nails of my life which I was charged 50 for my set and then another 50 for my friends. We didn’t get designs or long length at all. She also informed me she put shellac on my friend and I’s nails when we were never asked or told that that’s what we were getting and literally asked her before hand to make sure I could afford it and tip her. I called in advance to see how much a full set of acrylics would be and the women that answered ignored my question and went straight to booking the appointment. I will never go here again!!! Walked in got started on my services. In middle of it, a customer comes in wants a wax. She asks if it’s ok to do it real fast. That was fine. Another comes in and then I was told she don’t know how to do my manicure that she started already and I had to wait for the other lady who doing another customer. Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismOne my friend goes to Kady and really loved the way her nails turned out. Her word is good enough for me. She also said she felt really pampered and everything was pristine. Beautiful salon!
