Walked in and was waited on immediately. The staff English is not that good but with hand gestures you can get them to understand what you want. They did a very good job on my nails. The place is very clean, even the floors look new. The next time I visit Marion, I’ll definitely come back.

I went in to get my finger nails and toe nails polished, just regular polish no get or anything. The guy was in such a hurry and paid no attention at all. Just slopped the clear coat on and they looked like a mess and chiped after not even 24hrs.

Positive: QualityMy nails look good. But the lady that did them today was very rude and rough. Had a attitude like no other. My daughter in law got a pedicure by the guy that did her feet was quick and easy going. But the lady there really needs to get off her high horse and at least be a little nicer to the customers.

Very rude to myself and other customers. I went in on a Thursday to get gel nails, they weren’t done very well and were already starting to peel of 3 days later. Went back on Sunday to get them fixed and the lady said she would only fix 1 for free because it was a “new week”. Also saw them mistreat another customer while I was there. Nice job driving away all your business. I definitely won’t be back.

I called and asked if she had rhinestones she said yes. I brought my own because I like my colors. She didn’t have rhinestones or any glue. As she drilled my nails she burned me twice. Used my glue, and rhinestones and didn’t know how to place them. I see why no one was There. Walk right in. Terrible service! My nails are shaped like chiclets!!! My 7 year old granddaughter could do better than this. I will never step foot in here again! Dirty terrible service.I sure wish I could of given T a 0. I got gel polish and it was applied extremely thick so FOUR of my nails ended up peeling off a couple hours after I left the shop. The lady cut my finger really bad and it immediately started bleeding yet she continued doing my nails as if nothing happened. They don’t tell you to wash your hands before applying the polish, which is kind of gross. They just leave all of the dust on your hands, apply the polish & then when it’s dry, they put oil over top & send you on your way. I had to wash and scrub my hands 3-4 times when I got home to get them clean.
