I’ve been going to Angel Nails for a while now. They’re so convenient in downtown Kingston and I have nothing but a good experience with them. They’re very nice and so talented. They’re always willing to accommodate walk-in customers and I have not been disappointed with anyone who has done my nails.

I should have taken the advice of the negative reviews. I figured there were more good than bad, so can’t be to bad. I was SO wrong. Made an appointment, waited 15 min. before they sat me in a chair and another 45 till they actually started the pedicure. They had 1 person going back and forth between 4 pedicure customers, one lady even left. Wish I did. There werent any prices posted, so I had no idea what I was paying for, customer service was horrible, the lady doing my pedicure kept muttering under her breath, I think she could feel my frustration and wasn’t happy. Would recommend ANY other place than this one.

I was “d on the phone $35 for a full set of acrylic nails $25 for a pedicure. I added gelcote to my meals which would make my acrylic nails $45 and my pedicure $25. When it came time to pay I was charged I was charged $80.. Somehow the mouth does not work out. I was told to come in after 5 p m. When I got there it was one gentleman and 1 lady and a little boy little boy. I’m assuming mom dad and son as the lady continue to scream at the little boy. The lady told me that I had only made an appointment for my nails and not my pedicure they did do it but I think that’s why they charged me more and the service was not all that great I don’t think they will be returning to shame because I was looking for somewhere to use regularly.

First time here. I made an appointment, arrived a few mins early. No acknowledgement when I arrived. Ten mins and was told to go to a pedi station in the back. I sat there for 15 mins w/o a single person noticing I was there. No water in the basin so I couldn’t even soak. I put my shoes back on and walked out the door. Will never call them again.

They do a great job on nails and pedicure! No complaints there! I do wish they were more careful with the cleaning especially with the virus issues. They do clean after each customer. Example: After my pedicure the guy wiped down the seat. But did not wipe off the arm rest or the remote that I had handled to control the massage chair.
