Critical: QualityGot my feet done here and do not recommend. I stay on my feet 10 plus hours a day so I’m prone to calluses. My normal nail place was not open and my feet have been in terrible pain. So I decided to go here. I still have thick calluses on my feet. My feet didn’t even soak 5 minutes before she started working on them and she was gonna soak my feet in cool water if I didn’t say anything. They put nothing in my water to soften my feet and didn’t even hit the calluses with the little blade specifically for calluses. Only used the the foot grater and dear God I thought she was going to rub the top layer of skin right off of a spot that wasn’t even callused. Got my feet done here and do not recommend. I stay on my feet 10 plus hours a day so I’m prone to calluses. My normal nail place was not open and my feet have been in terrible pain. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went there the first time and requested French tips. The nail tech was very nice but didn’t know what she was doing. She attempted to do French tips but they looked like my 6 year old kid did them. I told her I wanted something else and just got solid color. 2nd time I went I requested to get my eyebrows waxed, so I waited and just asked a simple question on how long the wait would be and how much. The young girl assisting me asked the owner and the owner got really loud and said “ what does she want” what is her question” and was very loud and yelling at the poor girl. I told the owner I spoke English and she can ask me. I will never return to that shop. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI go here to get pedicures. I love everything about this place! The spa, the massage chairs, wow! What’s better is the cosmetics and paint that they use. The sugar scrub smells good, the honey butter-like cosmetic too, the menthol relaxant also! They also put hot towels on my legs and they feel sooo goood. The paint that I choose is so colorful. The ladies are super sweet to me and they do pedicures so well.
