Critical: ProfessionalismDaughter went in for a fill and polish. Have always had an excellent experience with Tommy and have always gone to him. Today was a completely different experience. Daughter had gotten the same fill as always and polish. When checking out her card was taken for payment and charged and person taken payment graciously helped themselves to an 18% tip and signed for her as well. Simply rang it up and charged her $73.16 for a fill and polish. Absolutely nothing special …. Something that she normally has always paid no more than $40 at the most for. As you can see on the receipt attached she was charged for $62 worth of waxing plus the 18% tip …. Not even a service she even had and when I called for an explanation I spoke to 3 different people one that said she got a full set put on which was not the case at all and 2 that couldn’t explain the $73.16 worth of charges and why it said waxing! When I asked for the owner they offered a $5 refund. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!!! And then hung up on me. Absolutely most unprofessional scam ever. I guess when the owners are not around they feel free to charge whatever and take advantage of young teenagers. NEVER AGAIN. If you read the reviews this tends to be a trend as it happened multiple times to the review before mine. Beware. I have been here a few months ago and had a verypositive experience. I bring my elderly father to have a pedicure. The last time we had a very kind and gentle woman take excellent care of my dad. Today we had an awful experience. . My father was cringing in pain, she never even looked at him and kept saying that was because he was having the express pedicure. I told her that she was hurting him and could she be more gentle. She told me she was not hurting him and that she was doing a good job at cleaning. She was rude, insensitive and disrespectful. My pedicure was fine but I will not be coming back. There are too many choices to have to deal with terrible service. I do not know her name but on the plump side with tattoos. Run if you get her for service

There are a ton of new faces working here now. The receptionist is one of the sweetest people I have come across. Polite and restates what I asked for, just to make sure there is no miscommunication. Katie put the most care into my pedicure and she has done the best out of every time I have come here and also made sure she knew what I wanted done. I can’t recommend her enough. These are the kind of people who will keep me coming back here by choice; Thank you for making my business feel valued and my toes sparkle. Looking forward to my next pedi.

I have been to this salon a few times and have had a great experience. This last time was horrible! The nail tech I had was very pushy. I asked for very simple short nails because of what I do for work and he refused to cut them shorter and did a different shape than what I asked for. As I watched him do my nails and he said “don’t watch me, watch the tv” which I found very rude. I also asked for a specific color and when I looked at my nails and they were the wrong color he said “next time you can get any color you like.” It was very uncomfortable. I do not recommend Kevin. Very pushy and does not do what you want. I spent way too much money on nails I had to take off the next day because they don’t comply with my job. I really liked this place the other experiences but will not be a returning customer because I do not want him as my nail tech again!!!

Had much better service this time by Tiffany. I took off one star because I booked my appointment online and when I came, they had no idea. I learned that the new owner doesn’t have any access to the online booking site as the previous owner said they lost all log in credentials. Luckily, I only had to wait 10′. Pedicure
