One of the older women provided by pedicure and my manicure. She didn’t talk to me, so sometimes i wasn’t sure what she wanted me to do as far as where to place my feet. After catching on to her gestures and taps, things went better. The pedicure was great! The manicure not so much. The regular polish was obviously thick, but she continued to use it. I said okay, maybe she knows how to thin it out. She kept my hands in front of the fan over 20 minutes and still the polish was goopy/thick and malleable. In the picture, you can see the polish has many imperfections and is chipping. She day my nails less than 24 hours ago. I know they say they will try to fix a any problems within 48 hours, but not using thick polish should be standard practice. Lesson learned: I will not allow anyone to use thick polish on my nails again. She also left some hanging skin on the cuticles of my other hand.

I like this place. I’ve been going here for my SNS dip powder nails. The girl that does them is really quiet and sweet. And it’s not like I’m blown away with how amazing they are every time or anything, but she does a good job. I’ve also been here while customers have been extremely rude to them for no reason and they serviced them anyway. I have no problems giving my money to nice people.

I have been a regular customer at this salon for a long time. Always greeted with big smiles and a friendly greeting. The staff is enthusiastic and very good at their job, they always respond to the designs I give them. My nails are amazing!

time going and just moved to Albany Georgia. This is by far the worst experience I had with a nail salon. First I asked the gentleman after my nails was completed to fix the nail because it was crooked and needed to be filed down the side, as the nails are wide and I am dissatisfied with my service. He stated he can not do but your policy states, you can within two days. Then, it was an issue with my toes. I told him I want French tip and once it was time to do that service, he asked me does the French tip looks good and told him no and give him suggestions on how to make a change to and I was polite on how I would like it, the gentleman got aggressive with me and and said I can go somewhere else to get them down better and he does not normally do toes. Why would you guys put someone on my toes if this is not his area so we agreed to not do the toes. Lastly, I am walking to pay for my service and I recited the policy to the host and the gentleman and they started to get aggressive with me and team tagging me while I am just stating in a polite manner, that I am dissatisfied with the service you provided and the policy states you will fix the nail within two days. She agree to file the nail down on the side but said if the paint comes off she will not fix however your POLICY states within two days nails come be fixed and I told her that she will because that’s what the policy says and top of that she is holding my nail hard and I’m not
