Where do I even begin? After getting my nails done here I decided to NEVER get my nails done again, that’s how bad my experience was. I ended up with a style that I absolutely didn’t want (dude was on his phone the entire time) and i was charged $20 for holographic nail that was hastily done and looked HORRIBLE with MISSHAPENED NAILS, a gel pedicure which ended up giving me a fungus that I’m still treating, and a lip and eyebrow wax job that broke my face out!

I’ve been going to this shop for 4yrs now and just like in other reviews the quality sucks now while the prices increase. They don’t have a price list up anymore so every time I go its a different price for the same service. Nail care is nonexistent. How does a refill cost the same as a full set. The math aint mathing. I was charged $15 extra for a medium length i always get. Recently I went got a regular manicure (no fake nails mind u) and a polish change on my toes and was charged $85….. Same day its started chipping. This place is a rip off. Then when u ask for details of the charge the black girl yells across the room why. Which i find is so unprofessional. If they put a price list up instead of robbing ppl then there won’t be an inquiry. The price they charge for gel polish, u can go on Amazon and get 2 bottles of the same gel polish they use and a curator for less. They will NEVER get my money again and that’s on BIG GRITS!!!

Today I went to treat myself and wanted a Mani and Pedi. Little did I know I would get the worst pedicure experience. The technician rushed my service and when I mentioned to her about it, I was ignored. My paint job was not good on my toes, she yanked the tissue out between my toes, I did not get a good scrub on my feet. I was more stressed leaving than coming in. Needless to say I did not want a Mani or eyebrows wax from them. It was very unprofessional so I decided to go elsewhere.

Paid $150 for a full set with toe polish change on a “Friday” and by Sunday a nail fell off. Went back n they tried to glue it back on what a waste. Please save your money go somewhere else.

Terrible service..my wife complained how terrible the service was the day before so I decided to visit tAngel Nails to see if she was being OD. She was not. I asked for a basic pedicure….they gentlemen performed a mediocre scrubbing and pumice stone rub and for some unknown reason tried to sand the top of my toe nail with a drill..I quickly asked him to stop…which he did..as he began massaging my leg he became distracted, barely putting any effort into it…he applied one layer of clear polish and told me to sit under the blower for them to dry…afterwards you could not tell I had a pedicure…toes nails was cut with no distinctive pattern…about two years Angel Nails was an easy 4 to 5 star spot…not anymore…location has forgot about customer service and more concern with quick turnaround to fill seats..get back to quality service…and when your customers voice concerns about the lack of service they receive, take it seriously and fix the problem rather than having an attitude..if you were the recipient of the product your customers complain about would you come back…Angel Nails please talk with your employees..I want to support South Augusta business..you have been apart of the community for a long time..don’t let your quality deteriorate your brand..
