They accept walk-ins but I always make an appointment so I’m sure to get in as soon as I get there because they get busy with walk-ins randomly. I love coming here. It’s affordable and good quality. No need to pay extra money for the same service. This is a small family owned business. Very nice people. Love my sets and work from Naomi not sure about the negative reviews, because I have always had good service and quality here after the year I’ve been coming here. Positive: Quality, ValueStopped in this salon for a pedicure with no appt early today. Only 1 person working but I was in no hurry. When the next staff member came in she started my service quickly. She took her time completing my pedicure which was wonderful. I was very pleased with my service. The staff apologized for being short staffed due to a family funeral. The prices were very affordable. $40 for spa deluxe pedicure with sugar scrub and foot paraffin wax dip. I will return when I am in the area again. Stopped in this salon for a pedicure with no appt early today. Only 1 person working but I was in no hurry. When the next staff member came in she started my service quickly. She took her time completing my pedicure which was wonderful. I was very pleased with my service. The staff apologized for being short staffed due to a family funeral. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWorst nail salon I’ve ever been to. I don’t even really want to write this but feel like i need to. I got my previous gel manicure and pedicure removed by them and that was a TERRIBLE idea. They didn’t remove the gel properly and filed It off.. leaving my nails sooo brittle that they hurt extremely bad. I also asked them to give me regular polish and they painted my nails outside the nail bed all on my skin and cuticle. It looked like they had never once done nails before. I was too embarrassed to Leave them like that and asked them to remove the paint. I paid for the service all thought it was horrendous and left promptly after. Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. I don’t even really want to write this but feel like i need to. I got my previous gel manicure and pedicure removed by them and that was a TERRIBLE idea.
