Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueIm in town for Christmas vacation and thought I’d use this salon that is close to my relatives home, and to say it was the worst service and wait time I’ve ever experienced, would be an understatement!! I was in this salon for almost 2 hours waiting to have my nails done!! I was told I didn’t need an appointment, but obviously they cater to those that are regulars!! At my normal salon I’m well taken care of and they’re aware I tip VERY WELL and don’t discriminate on regular clientele or not! I left before they finished painting my design! I should have looked at the reviews before choosing this location!! Im in town for Christmas vacation and thought I’d use this salon that is close to my relatives home, and to say it was the worst service and wait time I’ve ever experienced, would be an understatement!! I was in this salon for almost 2 hours waiting to have my nails done!! I was told I didn’t need an appointment, but obviously they cater to those that are regulars!! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValuePoor job done on two sets of nails. Paid $120 for messed up slob on nails. I could’ve done a better job since I have no experience. It’s a waste of time and money. The ladies don’t even take the time to do the nails. Their excuse for being too thick was because of the matte when that wasn’t even the case. Job was too rushed and have been put poor effort. My set of nails hurt and they shouldn’t feel like that. The process was pretty painful which means that they couldn’t do it right.
