I originally brought my 4 year old here because she wanted to get her nails done for her birthday and it was a wonderful experience. We went back yesterday to get her nails and toes done for upcoming wedding events and it was stellar again! They have pedicure chairs that are specifically designed for kids, and the staff were so sweet and kind each time. I have recommended to all of our friends with littles and will definitely be going back

Terrible experience on 12/07/22. I have been a customer here for a long time, but took a little hiatus from getting my nails done and decided to treat myself last Wednesday. The color I picked did not match what the bald nail tech was painting on my nails, I spoke up and he yelled at me that I picked the wrong color and continued to snap at me and walk away from the nail station we were at, with the male manager just sitting right there. Then he tried to be light hearted with me when I told him I didn’t appreciate how he spoke to me. It wasn’t until the manager got involved and realized I was not playing around. So disappointed with the customer service, especially as a long time customer. I do not plan on going back. Plus I realized when I got home my acrylic nails looked crooked, can’t believe I paid $50.

Very disappointed in my ($42) gel manicure. My nails are unevenly filed, the gel was hardened to the side of my finger nail n was very uncomfortable to get fixed the heart shape looks nothing like the pictures I showed the lady I wanted neither does the color ( was supposed to be silver glitter over black) I got what looks like rainbow over black. Nail polish was left on the skin by my nails…. I’m so disappointed I will not be returning. I’m not one for confrontation and the damage was already done so I just paid and left, learned a lesson to not go again. A friends mother went with us as well she got acrylic with gel and was equally disappointed. I do not recommend this place. I’m a mom of 6 so rarely gets time to myself so it was completely disappointing If I had the money I would have went straight to a new salon and had it done correctly.

We booked an appointment for 11:15am and arrived accordingly, they were a little backed up which was not a problem as it allowed us time to select colors. I had a regular pedicure and the lady who did it was great. My issue is with the gentleman who attempted my gel manicure. I have had gel manicures in the past, so I’m aware this is not normal. He was in a huge rush, so he shaped my nails poorly and applied the gel polish while standing up. This resulted in gel polish all over the edges of my nail and underneath the tips of my nails. I didn’t realize before he cured it. So after the polish had cured, he went in with cuticle clippers and a nail file. He refused to listen when I told him he was hurting me with the clippers. He argued with me that this was a normal procedure and to just let him finish. I refused as I didn’t want to sit there letting him hurt me. I asked for the polish to be removed so I could fix what I could at home later. He was angry about this as well. Another employee took the gel nails off and tried to push me into getting them done again. I refused and left. Altogether we were in the shop from 11:15am-1:40pm which was a ridiculously long time. Another employee named Larry did my grandmothers toes and she was very pleased.

Went to have my nails done picked out a pretty pink in four days they turned orange and blotchy. I did not use anything different than I have used ever since I’ve been getting my nails done. I went and showed them they said they’ve never seen that before, then I Was told to pick another color which I did. After just having my nails done four days ago thinking they would honor this terrible nail job he recharged me for a whole new manicure. I will never step foot in that place again. I wish it would let me post a picture but it won’t.

Went there today with my teenager for manicures. We were both separately hovered over while trying to look at polish colors, my daughter is anxiety prone with selective mutism and I knew she would struggle to find a color while answering a zillion times if she liked this color or that color. I didnt want gel polish, and the guy hovering over me not letting me look on my own, tried to basically bully me into gel polish by showing me a similar color to what i was merely glancing at and telling me “come on, i’ll do this one in gel, let’s go.” I am passive by nature, but was so appalled I muttered out “no.” My daughter suggested to me that we just leave, and we just walked out as the guy was laughing and telling the other staff “she said no, haha.” My lord people, let people look at the colors. We dont need your help unless we state we’re blind and need help; and if we say we do or dont want a certain product, just shut your mouth. Your pushiness pushed 2 jobs out the door today. We went elsewhere, paid someone else.
