If I could have put no stars, I would. The worst experience ever. I did dip polish on finger and gel on my toes; it was a mess. Waste of money. This is my second time with them, trying to give them a second chance. I would and will never recommend Angel nails.

I have used this service several times in the past years and got worse service this last time. The person couldn’t understand English and had long finger nails that dug into my skin. He was rude and although the others knew what color I usually request, they didn’t assist.The gel selections are hidden so unable to select myself. I called it by the name It appear that he missed the base coat that I Normally get and so had to remove & put base coat but because he already used one layer of top coat gel was wasted he refused to reapply( cheapness) STAY AWAY!

Positive: Punctuality, QualityIt was good the lady who did my nails was nice but she cut me a like three times with the nail file drill. The nails were okay not the best. The coloring was good too but she added some of the acrylic powder outside of my nails so I had to trim it off myself. But overall their actually a good service to go to.

There was an older woman who did my pedicure and she did a good job of softening my calloused feet. Unfortunately, she did not perform the rest of the pedicure satisfactorily. She left the callous remover on my feet while applying the salt crystals to my legs – then rubbed the salt into my feet with the callous remover. My feet started to itch terribly and when I told her she said she knew but… The mint mask for my legs was not rubbed or massaged in properly-thick product mostly sat on top. The pedicure I chose specifically included a massage but what I received could hardly be called one. She didn’t use toe dividers to polish my toes. When I got home I looked at my feet and my paint job looked like I had done them myself. I basically got the equivalent of a homemade pedicure not a professional, salon pedicure.

This place has technicians that are rude and rush over your nails. While there they asked this nice older lady next to me if she wanted her eyebrows done. The lady said no, the technician responded “ Will you need them done. “ It was very rude, the lady explained to the technician that she goes somewhere else to get them threaded because the wax breaks her out. The technician just rolled her eyes. I felt very uncomfortable over hearing this rudeness. My technician was very quiet and didn’t even say thank you when I gave him his tip. Best Mani and Pedi! Been going there from since 2007! Never ever been dissatisfied. I have so much faith in them that I make them choose my nail polish because they have made it their business to know my likes! Also the nails last like 3 weeks plus….I have always recommended this place. Today..Tomorrow…always PHOTO ATTACHED IS WEEK 3 still looking good

Do not go here your wasting your money. All of them are rude and lazy and do very bad jobs. I had a couple of acrylic nails left over and instead of soaking my nails this old lady took a nail you use to build acrylic nail off of and dug under the acrylic nails and took them off which was super painful. They had me jumping from chair to chair after i got my feet done i was going to get a pedicure. I went to three different seats because no one felt like doing them.

Critical: QualityLady’s nice that work there but quality of gel nails is awful. The gel paint not smooth and it’s old. They don’t remove all the old gel color completely off either and therefore it shows through the new color. When filing the nails they left it ridged and lumpy. Very disappointing and dissatisfied.
