The only thing they did right was the shape I asked. If you want to get your moneys worth go somewhere else. In addition to all of this, the person doing my nails had the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered—he would hold my hand and then throw at me when he was done with it. I asked for acrylic and a certain design and they couldn’t do that. Said I didn’t make myself clear when I had showed them a picture of what I wanted. What I wanted (on the right) what I got (on the left). Also they said the design was too hard. The only thing they did right was the shape I asked. If you want to get your moneys worth go somewhere else. In addition to all of this, the person doing my nails had the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered—he would hold my hand and then throw at me when he was done with it. Nancy and Cindy spent over an hour transforming my grubby equestrian nails and feet into soft and beautiful works of arts. Nancy ensured I was happy with my dip, took care filing my existing nail, ensuring that they were straight and covered, and even went back afterwards to check again. Cindy took extra care asking what lengths I wanted my toenails, cleaning and scrubbing my feet and toes, and spent the majority of the time getting me to relax.I have never had anyone come close to making me fall asleep in the chair, until tonight! They stayed open late to accommodate me and we’re incredibly polite. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would.
