Critical: ProfessionalismTHIS PLACE IT THE MOST RUDEST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN!!! No point in making an appointment because if your not a regular customer they don’t care. I made an appointment with them 1 wk in advance showed up for my 5pm appointment at 4:45. When I entered there was only 1 person getting there nails done and 2 techs where free. They said “what you need” i said “I have a 5 o’clock appt for Mani and pedi” They said “pick a color” so I pick my color quickly cause I already know what I want. so I said “okay I’m ready”. lady says “sit down I be ready 1 minute” 5 mins later Some old lady comes in sits down and they start doing her nails then 15 mins later a kid comes in and they start to do here nails.Now it’s 5:25 I’m like “ummm excuse me but I made an appt 1 wk ago and they came in after me”…. lady says “Oh you wait your not a regular” was there rude response to me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERY!!!! IF your looking to be a new client DO NOT GO THERE. Go down the street 3 mins and go see ANNEMAZING NAIL!! Anne Mani & Pedi are AMAZING the massage alone is worth the money and she reasonable!!!
