I really can not understand how this salon has such good ratings. I have had my nails done here three times now, and each time has been equally awful. I think the only decent nail artist in there is Christy, so I guess if you can get in with her then you’ll be safe. I asked the lady that did my nails, which was just a French manicure, to please fix the lines because of how crooked they were. She went through and just brushed the brush along the sides of my nails and then said ok you’re done. At the start, I asked her to please clean up my cuticles and take off all of the skin around my nails so they had the clean freshly done nails, she did not even touch the cuticles. I have spots that are literally missing polish, the smile line on the white tips are extremely crooked, and the nails are all mismatched in shape. Safe to say I will not go back here for my nails ever again. A French manicure really is not difficult. I’m just blown away by the lack of professionalism.

It’s a no frill place. Unfortunately they don’t keep their polish in order so if you are looking to get the same color to match your nails….Good Luck!UPDATE…clear coat on nails is peeling. My gel nails lasted ONE week

It was my first time going to this spa. The owner told me to pick out a color and that should be right with me. I waited about 15 minutes for her to get me in a chair, when there was nobody getting their nails done and she was just playing on her phone. She was putting the little plastic nail on my nails and I noticed one of them was crooked. I asked if she could fix it but she told me that my finger is crooked and that it would fix itself when she finished the acrylic. I told her no my finger is not crooked it is the way she’s glued it on she looked at me and told me that I should go to a different Salon if I didn’t like it. She also told me that they wouldn’t take off the already glued plastic.

My wife has been there a couple a times and had bad experiences. She called and set up an appointment and they scheduled it 30 minutes before they closed. She waited an hour to get her eyebrows done not even to get them done. Pay $65 dollars to get nails done and they aren’t what you want. You ask to change them and they get upset. The first couple of times I had great experiences but the last 4 haven’t been the greatest.

I had an appointment at 4:30 and sat in a chair until 5 then sat for another 20. I don’t normally get gel because I can peel it off the paint easier so I told them just regular polish and a simple flower design. As soon as I said it my service went downhill. The own was very rude to me and told me I was making a mistake, she wasn’t good at painting with normal polish, and I would chip it by that evening! She quickly painted my nails so she could go help someone else, she did nothing to prep my nail except buff them so I have an insane amount of cuticle as they were NOT tended to one bit! I don’t recommend them and I won’t be coming back.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have never had nails put on before and was a little sceptical about how functional they would be. After three weeks they are still holding up strong and beautiful!! I will definitely be going back to get them filled in this week! It’s a very clean and comfortable environment and GREAT workers!! Down to earth place Also!
