Critical: QualityLady did my gel nails at a really high speed but didn’t allow nails to dry. She finished really fast and my nails were still wet underneath and they got scratches on the polish the same day. Wasted $33 on a full set won’t be going back to this place.

Especially after doing another customer’s feet. Further, I asked to spray and wipe down nail area. On 29 July 2020 I went in and patiently waited to be told to remove my polish or pay $5.00 then male owner got very smart as I asked him to fix what wasn’t done correctly last visit. They only apply gel polish which is extra. The sign gives option pay for gel or clear. They want you to wear mask but are not cleaning behind customers. I Just left there today female tech started on my nails and I asked a question genuinely concerned about her. I asked was she ok and it escalated from there. I maintained my composure and remained respectful yet she told me to leave, that she didn’t feel safe with me there. Meanwhile all the other customers are looking around as if this is normal or expected behavior!!! Me, shocked, Totally embarrassed and my feelings fully hurt bid everyone a good day and left. I cried a little inside and out after I left. People are hurt, angry, and feeling trapped and taking it out on others yet I know there is a balm in Gilead a healing for the sin sick soul!!! Jesus help us all!!!

They have bad mouths and rush to do nails if you go don’t let the lady do your nails that charge over mistakes they did it’s just all bad DONT GO! If you do ask the man to do them I got my nails done and five days later my shellac peeling off so I go back to see if she could fix it and she say no we don’t do that and I said well ok can you just take it off she say it’ll be $10 I haven’t even had it for 2weeks like what..unprofessional

Went in to get old nails off and get a new set put on. The nail tech was on the phone with her husband dealing with her car. In the process of taking off my old set, she start yelling and cursing thru the phone and hurting my finger in the process. One nail started bleeding. She did not apologize for the way she was acting and that was my 1st and LAST time in there. If you have a business, you have to professional all the time, REGARDLESS! I don’t even give them one star. Learn how to handle your personal business at another time and not in front of customers. Then have a note on the wall, “Leave your attitude and issues outside the door before entering.”(sometime to that natural) She should have been the one reading that herself
