Absolutely love Angels Nails. I have been going there for years. They do a lot of students and interns. That is posted. It takes a long time to be waited on because they are in a prime location, but it is worth the wait. They also have a shop that is by Target and a relative has a shop by Gulf Shores Diner that has less volume and the wait time is shorter. Welcome to Gulf Shores. You cannot go to a restaurant without a 2 hour wait.

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe WORST service I have ever had at a nail salon. They were super busy with the holiday season, but I didn’t mind waiting. BUT they were servicing people that came in after me and had 2 people on them at one time (nails and toes). The WORST service I have ever had at a nail salon. They were super busy with the holiday season, but I didn’t mind waiting. BUT they were servicing people that came in after me and had 2 people on them at one time (nails and toes). When it was finally my turn, they did a rush job and left the dip powder all over my fingers. When I asked if they could remove, they said they didn’t have time. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Don’t waste your time.

They were busy when I arrived and I was in a time crunch so I worried I wouldn’t be able to be seen. One of the ladies assured me they’d get me taken care of in time and they did. Very friendly and responsive once they get to you. I arrived at 1230p and was given a seat and had pedi water ran. At 1:10p I was fixing to leave when she came over to start on my toes. I told her I didnt think I had time since I had to leave by 215p. She had my feet done and her associate had my nails done at 2pm. 15 minutes to dry and I was out the door and loving my fall inspired nails

My son proposed while vacationing here from out of state. Was going to get bride to be nails done for photo shoot then whole family decided to get nails done together. They accepted walk-ins, all 9 of us! Super nice, kind, sweet! Everyone got what they wanted from mani to dip to gel to acrylic. Everyone in our party very happy. Would definitely go again and highly recommend. Super accommodating.

I’ve been going here for years and always been happy with the service and the results. But …things have been going downhill. Today, I left without inspecting my pedicure carefully. When complete, she tech put the complimentary thong sandals on my feet. I stayed under the light for more than 5 minutes. Since I was going straight home, I left wearing the sandals to prevent damaging my polish until it had completely cured. When I got home, I decided to lie down for a quick nap because I had lots to do the rest of the day so it had at least two hours to cure. When I took my shower tonight, I realized my polish was a total mess. The polish didn’t completely cover some of my nails. It was thin in places and too think in others. I’m leaving town very early in the morning or I would be there to show whoever is charge in the morning. This particular tech (she’s done my nails or the ones of people sitting next to me) talks to the neighboring techs instead of paying attention to her client’s needs. She’s looking around the salon constantly watching everything going on in the salon except the task she’s been given. I can’t believe I paid money for this mess, and I’m angry at myself that I didn’t inspect the quality before I left. I won’t be going back.

After two (2) days, the white polish on my nails (my nails, not tips), began chipping (every single nail). We left the following morning to go to the Alabama/Ole Miss game, so it was Monday before I could call them to let them know about the chipping. I called the salon on Monday, and they told me to come back in—-they would correct. Went back the following day, walked up to the register, and the nail tech closest to the register, got up from his station to ask “Mani or pedi”. After I told him of the situation, he turned around, grabbed a nail file, filed my nails (while standing at the register and with patrons standing behind me), and said “I correct”. I asked him was he going to redo my nails and he replied “that how we correct”. I asked him again if he was going to redo my nails, and he replied “your nail fixed”.I walked out and will NEVER go back. Spent 100. for toes and nails. 0/10 do not recommend don’t go waste your money here. Gel polish peeling off after two days! I asked her not to cut down my toe nails and cut them down to nubs and shaped them round and ugly ! Will never return. Very disappointed and unsatisfied for 55$ this is unacceptable! Pedicure
