I have been coming here for the past 4 months I get my nails done by charlie he knows excatly what he’s doing and they look great everytime

Critical: QualityI went for a gel french pedicure. I was taken care of immediately because the salon was not busy. My previous gel was removed by the owner who was very professional and held conversation with me. Then the girl that did my pedicure came. I say girl because she didn’t introduce herself. She started great, conversing, then about 8 people walked in. She then stopped talking to me, became very rushed and extremely rough with my service. When I mentioned she hurt my toe when cutting my nail she made no comment. Honestly I should have left then. This is the second time I had gel applied to my toes, the first time was perfect and lasted about a month. This time horrible experience, each client should be given in rushed service irregardless of how busy the salon is. I went for a gel french pedicure. I was taken care of immediately because the salon was not busy. My previous gel was removed by the owner who was very professional and held conversation with me. Critical: Quality, Valuei thought my nails were fine till i really looked at the and realized how thick they were. they’re not the shape i asked for and they came out bumpy instead of flat. i used to always go here to get my nails done but i had better at different places. not worth it.Service: Acrylic nails

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI will start by saying I have been going to Angel Nails for manicures, nails and pedicures for 11 years. My daughter and I got pedicures last night and her polish messed up. I figured it was her fault but took her to get it redone today. The same man repainted them with the same color. We sat under the dryer for 20 min and they didn’t dry. They asked her to pick another color and another lady repainted them. We sat under the dryer for another 20 min and they didn’t dry. We had been there for an hour by then and had to leave for an appt so I told me daughter to see if there was a gel color she liked and a man brought one over that she liked. He painted her toes (for the 4th time) and then they said $20. By this time we had been there for an hour and a half! I said I’m not paying $20. They painted them three times with their polish and it didn’t dry and they did not tell me I would be charged for gel. The lady said the gel costs more and we should have chosen a different brand of polish since both of the others were OPI. 1- I have never had a problem with OPI and 2- they were the salons polish, I did not bring it in. The lady said I should pay but I could go ahead and go and I pointed out I had been going there for years and never had a problem. The male owner said “good bye and don’t come back” and I said ok and left. He then ran to the door and yelled out “don’t come back you cheater”. 11 yrs of business for me and my daughter and they lost us over $20. I will start by saying I have been going to Angel Nails for manicures, nails and pedicures for 11 years. My daughter and I got pedicures last night and her polish messed up. I know the drill and ropes pretty well . My pedicure lady literally did my pedicure in 15 MINUTES ( no pedicure takes that time, she did not massage just basically slapped lotion my legs . my polish is terrible looking . You can feel and tell she is just here for the money and not customer service. I was completely rushed. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I know the drill and ropes pretty well . My pedicure lady literally did my pedicure in 15 MINUTES ( no pedicure takes that time, she did not massage just basically slapped lotion my legs . my polish is terrible looking .
