Today I noticed my big toe had a red bump on it and it hurt when I put pressure on my foot I had my mom look at it and she said it was INFECTED. They were aggressive and rude. I got a pedicure done yesterday, I usually don’t go here I just wanted something quick. Today I noticed my big toe had a red bump on it and it hurt when I put pressure on my foot I had my mom look at it and she said it was INFECTED. They were aggressive and rude. Was a regular client of Julie she was good about responding to messages in regards to appointments now not so much. Texted about an appointment said she was book until next year and I’m pretty sure not every single person was able to keep their appointment. Nevertheless I will be taking my business some place else. The prices are expensive and you can’t even get a complimentary water with a pedicure like most salons offer.

They did a wonderful job on my nails and toenails, but I had the distinct impression that they were talking about me and my wife, because I stood my ground and had my wife sit with me. They wanted her to sit with me instead of the lobby area. But anyway, they did good by my nails and toenails.

I wanted to try a dofferent place and heard this place was good but after my experience it not what all the rave is. Everyone was rushed through. My pedicure was not done correctly.. instead of using a board he used the electric grinder which was not necessary then he soaked my feet and never did nothing more. My skin started to bleed. Then he only painted parts of my nails and not the entire nail, paying the amount I paid for a non pedicure and half polish is bad business. Asking them to fix it was out of the question because I was rushed out the chair. Then my full set was rushed my nails looks horrible the polish job is not worth the 55.00. He did not use a base coat and barely used a top coat. In looking at my nails nothing is smooth about them. Not pleased at all I will not be returning.
