I went here to get my nails done because I have sns powder! First time I went Vicky did a wonderful job! So I went back a second time! I always get two colors the lady said we charge a dollar extra for 2 colors! I been getting my nails done over 20 years and I never heard that before! I said I wasn’t charged before when I came! She said I’m going to charge Vicky because she didn’t charge you! Unbelievable! That was my last time going there! I said it’s not posted about the dollar charge she said it’s over the nail polish! The notice is so small! First I have powder so I would never look over by the nail polish! But in her mind she felt that was ok! Unbelievable!!

I walked in this place because a friend told me it was “decent”. When I walked in the lady was very rude, I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure for myself mom and sister. She said she can only take 1 person now and we said ok we were willing to wait. I sit down and the lady begins to do my pedicure… HORRIBLE. Rushed through everything, didn’t even scrub my feet correctly, give me a massage or take out my cuticles . She did my pedicure in 8 minutes. Painted my nails sooo horrible I had to fix it myself and mind u once again painted over my cuticles. Then she proceeds to do my manicure. She did a half ass job and left in between doing my nails she got up and left. The other nail tech told me they had the tell manicute that you dip your nail in and it lasted longer. I wasn’t aware of this at first so when she mentioned it I said yes. The owner screams across the salon saying you cannot do that only regular gel. How can you tell me wth I’m doing with my money???? Still the girl that was doing my nails is not back. I get so frustrated I got up and left and told them about there horrible service. The owner just kept rolling her eyes. I have never been to a place with this service !!!! Mind you someone came in and ask politely that they wanted to wax and will wait she looked at her and said No. The girls face was speechless and she walked out.

If I could give them a zero I would. Terrible, terrible customer service.. First and foremost, the owner/ manager needs to implement and or send their employees to customer service classes. Also, an English course can be useful… I have been going there mostly during the summer months since last year. And service has been ok. My visit yesterday was terrible, to say the least.. the worker who took care of my gel mani & reg pedi whose name I won’t mention, was quick to offer extra services for my pedicure, of course, in English that I could barely understand. I wasn’t interested. She proceeded to do my regular pedi and was done in less than 10 min, i felt rushed, mind you, this is 12 noon and the place is practically empty, there was only one customer. It gets better…. She starts to use the electric nail file (which causes damage to your nails) to remove my Gel manicure, painful as hell. In the past, they used the soaking method, when I complained , her response was “ $4 if you want to soak because it takes longer $4, do you want” in broken English. Geez. no apologies for causing pain and discomfort. No, I’m sorry, nada… no explanation that their policy has changed. I said no, I’m not paying more, she continues to cause torture to my nail bed with that electric file and again when I complained… her response was “ $4, $4, $4 Soak.” I got out of there as fast as I could. All along this time the owner/ manager was present and said nothing. You people need to know how to run a business.!

it was horrible this one lady was lazy and was horrible she didn’t even wash my feet properly and then was giving me an additude and asked tip In my face just left she had to go 2 doors down to the hair salon and they helped
