The guy that sits in chair number 2 is RACIST to BLACK WOMEN and extremely disrespectful. The pedicure lady filed my toe nail all the way down to my skin/nail bed layer and the man came over telling me it’s a mistake there is nothing he can do. His sister then came over and began to yell at me and disrespect me saying I’m complaining too much. I spend over $100 here twice a month with the lady in number one chair who is always nice and respectful. However the brother and sister that sit in chair 2 and 4 is out of control. I will be reporting them to the state board for unlicensed workers. I will never come back here either.

I being 3 times in this place with 3 different people, I always ended up here when my other salon has no availability. The 3 times i being here they always do my nails wrong. They make the so big that they will put the acrylic on top of my skin and They always always do little cuts when they file the nails you will be on pain for days. most of the people are incredibly rude, specially the guy that works there. And after they do a horrible job they over charge you for the crappie work they do. Never never go to that place

I called ahead of time and told them I needed to be out by 3 and I will be there at 2 they told me to come in and i would only have to wait 10-15 minutes. I went in at 2 and both ladies who do acrylic were just starting their customers. I know it takes a while so I asked will I be out by 3 and they assured I would. I waited and by 220 I was still not in a chair. And by the looks of the women who did their nails…they are not good at their jobs. Don’t waste your time or money here. Not even as a last resort. Trash! Horrible service.

I would never go here again in my life. They are so rude to people and the women who does the pedicure. Don’t not let Kim do your nails. She ruined my nails. I got charge 50 for a gel tip and my nail broke off. They only do what they feel like doing. Told a young lady who came in for a filling that “No, They don’t do fillings”.. Like come on you call that professional. HORRIBLE, JUST HORRIBLE. WORD OF ADVICE. RUN!!!!!!!! I wish I could rate this place 0

Awful and unprofessional. I went in for a spa pedicure and the sign clearly says $30. When I was done and ready to pay the gatekeeper lady in the front says $35 because it was a spa deluxe. So I said well I didn’t ask for that so if the person gave me something extra that’s on her. These people are no professionals and don’t know what the heck they’re doing.

I really wanted to like this place bc it’s close to home, but the service is horrible. The people are nice and welcoming. but the lady who did my pedi just didn’t know what she was doing. The place was empty and she was rushing as if they were over capacity. I was letting her work, but by the time she was applying the polish I just had to tell her to do it right. Secind, they’re overpriced. I don’t mind paying for a good service and I am a good tipper, but the money is absolutely not worth it. Dont waste your time and money here. They need to hire people who actually KNOW how to do the job. I’m very disappointed.

Went there 2 hrs before place closed to get a spa gel pedicure and gel manicure, well first let’s talk about how overpriced they are as if they knew what they were doing in the first place. I had to repeatedly micromanage the tech on her job cuz she kept missing steps and then when it was time to get my manicure done they tried to rush threw and just give me a polish change like I dnt know the type of service I’m supposed to get with a gel mani, then she replies oh it’s closing time u can come back tmrw …needless to say they will never get another dime from me, EVER!!! Don’t waste your time or money, they dnt know what they’re doing and customer service sucks

This place deserves no star!!!!! They’re very unprofessional and rude, I walked out there feeling very depressed and the lady l I don’t remember her name was very rude to me!!! Plus the lady took my card and wanted to charge me extra for her undone work, I don’t know who raised these Spanish chicks but they need to get it together, I was so upset I don’t her I’m not paying her… What made it more disrespectful was when shawty starting speaking her language , I said I only speak English speak clearly, her disrespectful assss! She acts like she’s the bosss hope she reads this… Don’t go there stay away! She started my nails and left and went to do two persons eyebrows without saying anything, then after I waited 15 minutes for her to come back she cut my nails way shorter than expected!!! I hate that lady sooooo much! I even told her not to touch me, ladies place don’t waste your time here!! Go to grace nails! They saved my life! DONT GO THERE!!!!!!!

So disappointed!This place is so bad. They charged me $50 for Gel tips and four days later the tips were coming off! They did such a horrible job with my nails I will never go back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SALON to anyone not even my worst enemy.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. My mom and I went on a Sunday since our usual place was closed. Anyway we went in and my mom asked how long was the wait the lady at the front mumbled “few minutes” we didn’t understand until she said it again a little more clear. After we walked to the nail colors a customer asked for a mask for her mom because of the fumes, the woman that was on break was eating and said “hold on I’m eating my chicken”. We were both shocked on how this woman was acting towards a paying customer, so my mom talked to the lady and we left. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!
