This is the WORST place to get acrylics. I went there to get fillings and almond shape. The lady made my nails all sizes. They looked very uneven and chunky. When she was done doing the filling and shaping them, she asked someone else to finish. When I told them that I didn’t like how the nails were looking, they got upset at me and asked me to pay $40 for the filling. My nails were way better before going there. Now I have to get them remove and get a new set of nails. They are RUDE and don’t care if you complain. I will NEVER go back there. I DON’T recommend this place to anyone unless you don’t mind getting a HORRIBLE job. Places like this one should not be allowed to operate. Also, my little girl went with me. She was sitting closed to me, and the lady wanted to charge me for my daughter. I told her that I was not paying anything for my daughter since she didn’t get anything done, she was just waiting.

called 9:45am fo make appointment for 3:30pm UV Gel Fill-in, eyebrow waxing and pedicure. Arrived on time to find that no one was available to assist me. The owner was doing her own pedicure in the last chair and had me standing at the counter waiting. One of the woman that does the pedicures actually helped me and got me soaking. She came soon after to finish- not a big deal. But then when I was done with pedicure and it was time for my nails they helped someone who walked in after me and did not honor the appointment. Then the owner had the nerve to say to me you should have made an appointment. As I explained that I did make an appointment her only response was to still not service me knowing that she failed. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE- luckily there are many nail places and that is what I did to finish my nails. if you dont mind being treated poorly and paying for it then this is the place to go

This was my first time going here and Elsa was amazing!!! She gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten. Very nice girl and very accommodating. She made sure I was comfortable and that she wasn’t hurting me. I assured her she was doing a perfect job. She even hunted down the color that I wanted and my feet have never felt softer and never looked better!!! I also made sure I let her manager know how great she was and that she now has a customer for life

Critical: Professionalism, QualityBeen going to this salon for at least 13 years now and it has always been very clean and professional. I never had a problem with any of the services. Young used to do my eyebrows and she was very good. Most of their girls always did good pedicures and so I always came back. I went last Thursday, 6/10/21 and the girl who did my pedicure, Maria, did not have any experience and did a horrible job. The girl who did my manicure just kept on chatting with Maria and they were looking at videos on their phones while the girl did my manicure. The owner is rude as well. Horrible service, definitely not coming back. Ive noticed they’ve had a high turnover rate recently within the last three years (minus covid) and with that being said, the level of service and quality of service has deteriorated enough to not go back. No rewards, no compensation, phone call or extras from Helen(owner) can possibly make me come back. The owner lies to get customers to come in then when you arrive they let you know the person you made an appointment with is no longer there. Critical: Quality, ValueI have to say i’m not very happy. I went to this salon today and it was my first time there. A couple things I noticed. I wanted a french acrylic. They put these white tips on my nails. I understand a full sent is applying fake nails but come on it literally looks FAKE like someone put in a barbie doll. they slapped on white nails and put a top coat and called it a day i wanted coffin shape and and the shape is barley a shape. i kept being switched around between 2 people. One started my nails the other applied the tips then i went back to the original women who started it was to much. One of my nails are lifting even tho I got them done a few hours ago. i’m not a rude person at all!!! but I paid $60 for the work when i honestly could have gotten press ons.
