Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI had long acrylic nails for months that needed to be removed but I was reluctant because I’m used to them being ripped off in most salons. The nail tech I had (sweet pregnant woman) actually soaked them off! Zero pain and even during the drilling and buffing she was very careful due to my natural nails being weakened. I was also a walk-in and was still attended to and out in about an hour or less! I had long acrylic nails for months that needed to be removed but I was reluctant because I’m used to them being ripped off in most salons. The nail tech I had (sweet pregnant woman) actually soaked them off! Zero pain and even during the drilling and buffing she was very careful due to my natural nails being weakened. I was also a walk-in and was still attended to and out in about an hour or less! Will be coming back again.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityDude clearly didn’t know how to do nails. Put a bunch of coats on one foot and then barely anything on the other. When I told them I wasn’t happy with how they were painted they argued with me to get a different colour although I said the colour wasn’t my problem and I had to go to work. Guy had an attitude and was arguing with me in front of other customers. Just embarrassing. If your coworker has to go back over your work, you probably shouldn’t be doing nails. At this rate I’ll be late for my job now. Came to relax and ended up being stressed out to the verge of tears. The lady who did my acrylics was very kind and went back over my toes but it didn’t make up for how poorly I was treated by dude. When I told them I wasn’t happy with how they were painted they argued with me to get a different colour although I said the colour wasn’t my problem and I had to go to work.
