Friendly staff is the only positive thing I can say. I got the deluxe pedicure which states on their form you chose your pedicure from, “relaxing massage”. I don’t consider a massage less than 60 seconds relaxing! The lady never got blood when she was trimming my nails/cuticles but she got so close my toes hurt. Pedicure

I came in to get my nails, pedicure and eye brows done. The pedicure was amazing and the lady was real good with my eyebrows once she got to them. I sat and waiting at least 20 minutes while they took people back who came in after me, then “forgot” i needed to get my nails done and completely rushed the job. i got them done on Friday night and its now Tuesday and have have the polish chip and two nails come off already. Not to mention, he was rushing so use the drill too close to my cuticle and completely cut it to bleeding around the whole nail. I would go back in and demand to have them fixed or a refund but I don’t even want to step foot back in, I will never go back.

I’m not from around here and I came to this establishment as this was the closest to my hotel and the reviews seemed fair. Came in to initially get a pedicure only. My tech was great. Everything from The massage chair, the foot mask, and scrub was just what the doctor ordered. The work of some of the other techs peaked my interest so I asked for a gel full set. The nail tech was very knowledgeable and professional. However, she was tired which led to her rushing through my service. She spilled polish across my left hand and asked me how it got there. I politely told her that she did it . She did correct her mistakes as I pointed them out to her as well. My nails turned out good. When it came time to pay, I was charged $80 for a deluxe pedi and gel full set. How that came to be when my pedi was $35 and the gel full set was $30. Basic elementary addition says it’s supposed to be $65, right? ♀️ Apparently they charge an additional $15 for gel POLISH! I’m confused as to why the GEL POLISH is not included in the GEL full set or the GEL fill-in ♀️ Ladies be mindful of this additional charge. The establishment is very clean and Sanitary. They do have faithful patrons, so I wouldn’t recommend coming in on a Friday or Saturday, but rather a day during the week if you can.

She was also knowledgeable abou my eyebrows and advise me not to pluck a certain area that would prevent my eyebrows to grow right and not cause me to not have eyebrows over the years

Took my daughter to get nail done for prom and ask for pink. N white gel they used acrylic and painted the tips white nail had bumpy spots and uneven we even showed pic of what we wanted and they look nothing like we wanted and they charged me more then the what it should have costed bassed on the prices listed on sign. Will never return or recommend anyone to there. Not very clean didnt even have soap at sink to clen hands and poor customer service…

The tech that I had didn’t speak English and did not understand when I was telling her of things that I didn’t like. She also did sloppy work (i.e. nail length inconsistent, some nails too thick, others lopsided).
