Hubby and I saw their window sign for ”Head to Toe” massage. After traveling and sleeping on different beds and pillows, legs are cramped and necks are stiff. We decided to treat ourselves…and it WAS a treat! 10 minute head/shoulders, 40 minutes legs & feet, then 10 minute back massage. No need to disrobe, and we were able to schedule at the same time, seated next to each other with two technicians working on us at the same time. Dark, quiet, with soft spa music. One of us actually fell asleep!

This is my second time here. The first time was great only did 30 mins to see how it was. Sadly i didn’t remember the name of the female who serviced me. This time i had a male and opted for the special with the sugar scrub. I had no idea that he would just be scrubbing only my back for almost 15 mins of my 60 min messages. My back is on fire! He barely touched my feet. And instead of doing something different here all me if i wanted to leave. So rude. I kept telling him softer didn’t get it. I asked for a Swedish not deep tissue message. Its up in the air if i will be a customer here. But if i do come back i will use a female because it just seemed like he didn’t care or understand a women’s body.

Hopefully everyone else has a better experiences but my hour massage felt extremely rush and with no effort. You will spend roughly 5 minutes changing at the start of the massage and at the end factored into the massage. Also about 5 minutes to get hot stones they use for less than 1 minute and my guy stopped constantly. Person giving the massage used no pressure and did not understand me when I asked for more work with the stones. His colleague seemed not to care since they were bilingual and could freely communicate with my GF but did not care about my experience.

It was completely loud and chaotic in this place. I am trying to relax and enjoy the massage. I could hear an employee listening to a movie on the phone. The individual had his phone on speaker/aloud down the hallway. I spoke to the masseuse and he asked his coworker to close the door and silence his phone. Next the lady at the front desk began talking on her cell phone. The door was opened and I could hear her loud and clear. This call went ongoing for a total of 8 minutes until I confronted the situation. At this point I was unable to the enjoy the massage due to interruptions and blunt disrespect. I paid the bill and tipped the masseuse , he was very professional .
