Terrible, horrible service. Lady that had done the nails name is Michelle couldn’t make acrylic even, not clean cuticles, rude, disrespectful, repeating, aggressive, mimicking what me and my friends have said with disrespectful tone. Completely disregarded everything that was asked to do. Cut skin made it bleed. Left no tip, and I had walked out they chased us out asking…begging for a tip. Business is only for money not making customers pleased. Manager didn’t do her job we asked for discount they said no and didn’t even offer to reshape. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Love this spot and their new location in the neighborhood morning star. This business is clean, elegant and has wonderful customer service. Lisa is the girl I go to and shes so wonderful. So bubbly, hospitable and always has my nails looking fresh and i dont make it easy I’m a nail bite haha. Im a 27yo guy and this is the perfect spot for a guy to feel comfortable and get his nails taken care of. Highly recommend.

This used to be my go-to place when I first moved to Brooklyn (2020-2021). I loved it but over time the service got worse & worse. The technicians became rude and disrespectful. They turned aggressive when buffing my nails to the painful point & even created cuts in my cuticles multiple times and acted like it was my fault. They often make frustrating “noise effects”. They make their clients uncomfortable. No wonder why their reviews got worse over time…

I been going here for almost three years. I went to get French SNS which was pricey $56!! . The lady (Lisa) that did my nails did a horrible job. My cuticle started bleeding on three of my fingers. She kept hurting me with the machine they use and every time I would say “ouch” she would say sorry but yet continue to hurt me. Yet she excepted me to tip her for her “service”. That place makes it seem like you have to tip that person no matter what and they start getting mad because they didn’t get a tip and they start talking bad about you to the other works. They like to talk bad about the clients which is sad because many people go there for them to do their nails not for them to talk bad about the.

I told myself to never come here yet I walked in as I was in a hurry. Their idea of pedicure is just cutting nails and that’s it. Nothing else, my pedicure was done in 10 min or less. They have no clue and sad to see people come here and settle for this! They also talk about customers with each other.

It used to be my go to place, but after many second chances I am ready to move on. I don’t think they do a good job anymore. I had my acrylics and SNS done there. My nails are often uneven. I ask for almond shape I get oval on every other finger. The prices don’t reflect the quality of service. Last 2 times my cuticles were not touched, so it’s $80 but do your cuticles at home? There is a constant rush in this place I got burned and cut with the power drill almost every time I get my set done. My pedicure was also disappointing. There is plenty of less busy places in Bay Ridge to use and probably less pricey. If the quality is not good I might as well go somewhere else.

I paid for this design 42 dollars. I think you pay to get a good job done. Since they intend to paint the nails without first cleaning them, they are supposed to at least remove the dead skin so that the nails look delicate, but not this ugly design. And another thing, if the workers are busy, say so, but don’t attend to someone in a hurry and do a good job.
