I wanted to surprise my wife with a couple’s massage for her birthday as we’ve been talking about getting one since we got married recently. This one came up in the area near where we had dinner and I’m so glad I found them. What a time!

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI went in and got a mediocre couples massage at this shack. This guy paul was way too rough and not only was the doorbell going off constantly, but the phone they were streaming the music off of was dying and beeping every five minutes. Imagine trying to relax and hear constant beeps and doorbells going off. At the end I showed them a Groupon I purchased and they refused to take it. The massage therapist and what I guess we can call a receptionist told me that I couldn’t use it because I didn’t inform them before I had the massage? I can see them having some sort of weekend policy, but this was a Thursday at 4pm. They put me on the phone with their manager who proceeded to tell me that I had to wait there until she made sure she got the money from Groupon and if she couldn’t get ahold of them that I had to pay cash. My wife and I had a nice couples massage here today. The entry area is beautifully decorated and a relaxing flute track plays in the background. We both enjoyed the massage and felt that the masseuses were attentive to us and knew what they were doing. The price was fair and they take credit cards which was nice for us since we were low on cash.

Came here after work for a couples massage—they are really good at what they do!! Cute spot in the lower level of a building just off the freeway. Not the best location, but once you’re inside you don’t notice. They texted me instructions on how to find the place and the confirmation, which was great. Make sure you tell them to push hard if you know you can take it. They go pretty light otherwise. I had Helen, who was really good! Don’t be surprised when they get up on the table to get in there and push hard. The couples massage was only $95 on Groupon, but we tipped at the end because we were so grateful.

Please don’t waste your time and money at this place. My girlfriend surprised me with a couples hot stone massage for my birthday and we came here. We arrived about 5 minutes early and immediately felt rushed. The attitude wasn’t relaxing or courteous. Once it was time for the massage, two older ladies came in and started massaging, and things got a little more relaxing and enjoyable. About 5 minutes in though, my masseuse opens the door to our room and starts to argue with someone else in another room. They yell back and forth for a minute or two, and my masseuse just leaves! Doesn’t say a word to me, and another lady comes in shortly afterwards and takes over. I don’t know who this last was, but she was no masseuse. She proceeded to just rub my back for an hour. No massaging happened whatsoever. She put my arm in an awkward position about 5 minutes in and left it there until it feel asleep and I moved it on my own after about 30 minutes. When it came time for the hot stones, she would use one, and even they got cold, instead of putting it away, she just placed then on my stomach!!!! What I’m trying to say is, this place is absolutely terrible. Don’t ever come here.

Kinda insane to have a offer listed , have people buy then just outright not accept the offer . After asking why they won’t accept the offer the person on the phone just hung up the phone on me before she did the told me to call Groupon to cancel it just a huge waste of time at this point . Avoid this place there are tons of great places to get ligit body work done . Just look at the recent reviews it’s clear this place is falling apart . Same greedy unprofessional owners. Every time I called no one would answer but they would text. Text only. So sketch. Should have known how unprofessional that is that you cannot get a hold of a human on the phone red flag. I made the appt anyway because I had a groupon. Not only did she act very rude upon asking for my Groupon she tried to say it was already redeemed that day! She asked me to pay her the groupon cost in cash instead. Excuse me? I didn’t even use the voucher why is it redeemed. She asked for the voucher to make the appt but after a bunch of back and forth I proved to her she redeemed it that same day before I even came in. She turned red in the face and was still so rude. The massage was mediocre she sent an elderly man. I don’t know what their problem is? I won’t be back. Don’t put yourself on groupon if you’re going to hassle anyone with it.
